Kondareddipally GRID;Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 16 rated DI D/F Gate valves(soft seated)(for scour valve) resilient seated soft seating gate valves of PN 16 grade with body bonnet of Ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per IS.3896-Part2-1985 and sub sequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538 to suit the pressure class of pipe including supply delivery laying and jointing of scour T of S/S and Flanged Tee to suit the Main pipeline cost of joint materials such as rubber gaskets,bolts and nuts and labour charges with construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC man hole cover with locking arrangement etc. complete for finished item of work but excluding GST for 150mm valve PN 16 on 200mm DI Pipeline(For the proposed Second Phase Future Upgradation of R&B Road From Kondareddypalli Village to Dindichintapally (v))
