Pipe Line work;Construction, manufacture, supply and delivery of HDPE PE-100 pipe line as per IS:4984/1988 with its amendments and revisions and as shown in the drawing (Part C of Vol - I) and technical specifications(Part B of Vol - I) including supply of pipes, trench excavation trench excavation (Earthwork excavation in all soils upto SDR using machine with 2/3rd and manual with 1/3rd) of pipelines in all soils except rock requiring blasting, preparing the bed surface to the gradient by manual for pipe lines , lowering, laying and jointing of pipes, Specials,valves true to alignment and gradient, as per approved LS drawing, refilling trenches with excavated earth except rock requiring blasting (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling pipeline with water and testing etc., complete as specified. The rates are inclusive of Cost of pipes, specials, Lowering , laying and testing and, labour charges for finished pipeline work but excluding CED and other taxes,cost of vales, Anchor/thrust blocks. And Execution as per approved designs and LS drawings to suit the feild requirement complete and surge.

Pipe Line work;Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft seating gate valves (Sluice valves) of PN 16 grade with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538.to suit the pressure class of pipe including supply delivery laying and joinitng of S/F tapered tailpeices of 5 and 15 degrees on either ends to suit the main pipeline and Valve including cost of joint materials such as rubber gaskets Bolts and Nuts and labour charges with construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC manhole cover with locking arrangements etc.complete for finished item of work but excluding CED. and VAT on Valves.

Pipe Line work;Supply and delivery of Single Chamber DI Air Valve of PN 1.6 rated with Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue, drilled as per IS:1538.with Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Isolation - Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft seating gate valves (Sluice valves) of PN 1.6 grade with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538, including supply of DI/MS Tee to suit the main pipe and Air Valve including laying, jointing of DI/MS Tee and Isolation Sluice valves along with Air Valve and DI vertical stem pipe including cost of Jointing Materials such as Rubber Gaskets, Bolts & Nuts including Air valve fixing charges and Construction of RCC Pedastal for Air Tee amd vertical Column for Stem pipe with RCC M20 mix concrete, costof Reinforcement and all incidental and operational charges etc complete for finished item of work. but excluding CED & other taxes.
