Providing drinking water supply pipeline works to TTWURTC(Girls);Manufacture, Supply, delivery and fixing of DI D/F Air Valves on HDPE Pipes, the Air Valve with Single Chamber Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade SG 400/12 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and Isolated Sliuce valve with bewel geared confirming to IS 3986 part - 2 1985 etc. PN 16. All the valves fixed , DI Air Tee, Jointing material such as Rubber Washers, Nuts and Bolts, Labour charges for lowering of Air Tee and fixing valves, inlcuding M20Concreting for Air Valve MS Cage including fixing charges all incidental and operational charges etc complete for fininshed item of work,- 50 mm dia Air Valves on 63 mm dia HDPE pipeline

Providing drinking water supply pipeline works to TTWURTC(Girls);Manufacture, Supply, delivery and fixing of DI D/F Sluice valves on DI Pipes ( soft Seated ) conforming to IS 3896-part 2-1985 PN 16 wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and the valve should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions with Dismontling Joint, 0.6m DI D/F pipes 2nos, HDPE Tail pieces 2 nos, MS Flanges-2no.s, Jointing materials such as bolts nuts and rubber washers for dismantling joint and Valve, Labour charges for Lowering of valve and keeping in postion, including RCC valve chamber including Earth work Excavation, PCC(1:4:8), M20 Grade concrete for Raft, Side walls and topslab, supply and fabrication steel as per Approved Drawing etc complete for fininshed item of work. standard chamber sizes are a) 0.90*0.90*1.90 up to 200mm - 150 mm dia Sluice Valves on 150 mm dia DI pipeline

Providing drinking water supply pipeline works to TTWURTC(Girls);Construction of pipelines for water supply with HDPE -PE- 100 GRADE pipes as per IS specifications, with its amendments and revisions thereon including supplying of pipes,necessary specials such as bends, Tees, etc. lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient, trench excavation for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering, tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and testing etc., complete.The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work,as per standard Trench sizes for various diameter pipes, but excluding taxes. Standard Trench Excavation sizes are a) 0.70 x 1.00 m for HDPE 63mm to 140mm dia.,
