PROVIDING BULK DRINKING WATER SUPPLY TO 2BHK COLONY AT PARAMALA (V) OF GADWAL (M) UNDER JURALA SEG;Supply and Delivery of RCC S/s Pipes(Non Pressure) as per the BIS : 458/2003,with its amendments and revisons thereon including cost of pipes, Rubber Rings as per requirements, tranportation etc. but excluding earth work excavtion for pipe line trench in all soils upto SDR except Rock requiring blasting, of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient etc., complete for ENCASING OF DI/ HDPE pipes at Road Crossings

PROVIDING BULK DRINKING WATER SUPPLY TO 2BHK COLONY AT PARAMALA (V) OF GADWAL (M) UNDER JURALA SEG;Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Gate valves(soft seated)(for scour valve) resilient seated soft seating gate valves(Sluice valves) of PN 16 grade with body bonnet of Ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per IS.3896-Part2-1985 and sub sequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538 to suit the pressure class of pipe including supply delivery laying and jointing of scour T of S/S and Flanged Tee to suit the Main pipeline cost of joint materials such as rubber gaskets,bolts and nuts and labour charges with construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC man hole cover with locking arrangement etc. complete for finished item of work but excluding CED upto 600mm dia.

PROVIDING BULK DRINKING WATER SUPPLY TO 2BHK COLONY AT PARAMALA (V) OF GADWAL (M) UNDER JURALA SEG;Construction of pipelines for water supply with DI centrifugally cast (SPun) Ductille Iron S/S pipes with cement mortor lining inside the pipe as per IS 8329:2000 with its amendments and revisions thereon and with rubber gaskets as per IS:4179, including supply of pipes and rubber gaskets, Tyton joints as per IS:13382-1992 and DI specials as per site requirements, lowering, laying and jointing true to alignment and gradient, excavation of pipe line trench (Earth work excavation in all soils, up to SDR using machine rate for 2/3rd and manual rate for 1/3rd of quantity) of pipe lines in all soils except hord rock requiring Blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils, boulders and BC soils) with watering and tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work, and filling pipe line with water and testing to the required pressure etc., Complete., The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all incidental and operational charges for finished item of pipe line work, but excluding CED and other taxes.
