The remote reading shall be two way communicating. The module should be battery operated and external power supply should not be required. The readings should be obtainable by either walkby or drive by on Android device. The module shall be fitted on the meter wirelessly and shall be with IP 68 protection. The IP 68 test report for module should have been conducted at FCRI.
