Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft seating gate valves (Sluice valves) of PN 16 grade with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538.to suit the pressure class of pipe including supply delivery laying and joinitng of S/F tapered tailpeices of 5 and 15 degrees on either ends to suit the main pipeline and Valve including cost of joint materials such as rubber gaskets Bolts and Nuts and labour charges with construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC manhole cover with locking arrangements etc.complete for finished item of work but excluding CED. The work shall be executed based on the approved Designs and Drawings of the Department

Supply installation and satifactory field testing of Multijet Inferential Dry Dial screwed end Water Meters conforming to latest editions of IS 779/ISO 4064 with ISI/MID marking (PN-10). The water meters shall be manufactured with copper can/non magnetic metallic register and IP 68 protection. The RF based AMR accuracy test conducted at FCRI should also be submitted. The modules shall be warranteed for 5 years battery life. The Module or meter interface unit shall be Radio Frequency based. The remote reading shall be two way communicating. The module should be battery operated and external power supply should not be required. The readings should be obtainable by either walkby or drive by on Android device. The module shall be fitted on the meter wirelessly and shall be with IP 68 protection. The IP 68 test report for module should have been conducted at FCRI. The radio frequency shall be as per Dept of Communications, Govt of India and supplier should specify the frequency of the AMR on the module. In case the RF band is free band, necessary documents from Dept. of Telecom, Govt of India shall be submitted along with eclaration on a Rs.100 Stamp paper mentioning the band. The RF based meter reading software should have sync facility to upload the data back to CLOUD server after reading the meters from site using GPRS/Wifi. The AMR meters shall carry warranty of atleast 5 years from the date of delivery/date of installation which ever is earlier. The meter, module and AMR software shall be from the same manufacturer. Lot samples of the meters supplied shall be tested as per IS779 at FCRI for accuracy of meters including cost of reducers of dia 50*63 and 63*75,MS Flanges of dia 50 mm jointion materials and RCC Valve Chamber of size 0.90x0.75x 1.05m .
