Pipe Line Work;Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Gate Valves Supply and delivery of Single Chamber DI Air Valve of PN 1.6 rated with Body and cover in Ductile Iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue, drilled as per IS:1538.with Supply and delivery laying true to alignment jointing with flanges of PN 1.6 rated DI D/F Isolation - Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft seating gate valves (Sluice valves) of PN 1.6 grade with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538, including supply of DI/MS Tee to suit the main pipe and Air Valve including laying, jointing of DI/MS Tee and Isolation Sluice valves along with Air Valve including cost of Jointing Materials such as Rubber Gaskets, Bolts & Nuts including with a vertical stem of 50mm dia 2.0m long MS D/F pipe including fabrication charges, welding including cost of material transportation labour charges including 2 coats of best quality blue colour enamail paint including fixing charges all incidental and operational charges etc complete for finished item of work. - 50mm Airvalve on 150 mm dia DIpipeline

Pipe Line Work;Manufacturing and supply of DI pipelines for water supply with centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron S/S pipes with cement mortar lining inside the pipe as per IS 4179/1989 with its amendments and revisions thereon and with rubber gaskets as per IS:8329-2000, including supply of pipes and rubber gaskets, mechanical joints as per IS:13382-1992 and jiffy joints, specials, Valves with DI as per requirements, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes true to alignment and gradient as per approved LS drawing, trench excavation (Earthwork excavation in all soils upto SDR using machine with 2/3rd and manual with 1/3rd) of pipelines in all soils except rock requiring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering and tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling pipeline with water and testing etc., complete., The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials of pipes and specials and labour charges for finished item of pipeline work, but excluding CED and other taxes,cost of Valves,surge protection devices,anchoer/thrust blocks.Execution as per approved designs and L-section drawings to suit the feild requirement complete and for Surge. - 150mm dia DI K7 Pipeline
