Ltd;Manufacture, Supply and delivery and fixing of DI D/F Scour Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves)of PN 16 grade with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4, valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage, drilled as per IS:1538.to suit the pressure class of pipe including supply delivery laying and joinitng of S/F tapered tailpeices of 5 and 15 degrees on either ends to suit the main pipeline and Valve including cost of joint materials such as rubber gaskets Bolts and Nuts, Dismantling Joints and labour charges with construction of RCC valve chambers as per requirement with RCC slab and RCC manhole cover with locking arrangements & over heads etc.complete for finished item of work excluding GST for 150 mm dia scour valve on 200 mm dia line

All internal parts such as float, shell etc., all cover bolts, of stainless steel, and Gaskets and seals of EPDM food grade quality Epoxy powder coating (EP-P) inside and outside colour blue. Drilled as per requirement of the dept with arrangment suitable for working pressure upto 16 kg/cm2 with isolated Sluice valve including supply of DI Specials, jointing materials etc, Lowering and fixing of Air Valve arrangment suitable on pipe line including construction of RCC stem column (1:1.5:3) complete, etc. but excluding GST. For 50 mm dia air valve on 200 mm dia DI line

Ltd;Construction of pipelines for water supply with centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron S/S pipes with cement mortar lining (IS:4179/1989) inside the pipe as per IS:8329-2000 with its amendments and revisions thereon and with rubber gaskets as per IS:5382 and its amendments including supply of pipes and rubber gaskets, tyton joints/jiffy joints as per IS: 13382-1992 and DI specials as per IS:9523-2000 and its amendments and site requirements, lowering, laying and jointing of pipes true to alignment and gradient, trench excavation (Earthwork excavation in all soils upto SDR using machine with 2/3rd and manual with 1/3rd) of pipelines in all soils except rock requiring blasting duly refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering and tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling pipeline with water and testing to the required pressure etc., complete., The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and over heads for finished item of pipeline work excluding GST with 200 mm DI K9 Pipe line
