Schedule 'A' Part-XII This Schedule is not prepriced by MES and the prepriced rate indicated in Col - 5 as ₹0.00 indicates this fact only. The tenderer is required to quote their rates in Column 6. This Schedule constitutes Sl. Item Nos. 13.00 to 29.00.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Transformer Step down outdoor type of capacity 3000 KVA complete with all standard accessories /fittings suitable for HT 11 KV 3 Phase and LT 433 volts 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz frequency, copper wound, with on load tapping switch and variation of secondary voltage +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25% continous rating with temperature rise of 50/55 degree ceisious conforming to IS 2099, IS 3347 and conventional/herimetical sealed with and including following accessories with SCADA compatability complete all as specified and directed. (a) RTCC Panels as per required specification shall be designed by OEMs. (b) Necessary extension / adaptor boxes at LV side shall be suitable for bus duct and HV side shall be suitable for HT UG cable shall be designed as per specifications. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level.

(d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Pressure Release Valve. (f) Thermometer with pocket on tank cover (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete. (j) Air release valve (k) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve and dummy plug. (l) Initial filling of transformer oil upto recommended level confirming to IS 335. (m) ONAN type cooling, vector group : DYN 11 (n) Double float Buchholtz relay with alarm and trip contacts including control cable of copper conductor as per OEM standard from Marshalling box to Relay of VCB / Hooter for relevant fault alarming. Buchholtz relay shall be provided with 2 shut off brass valves at ends. (o) 150mm dia winding temperature indicator, dial type with alarm and trip contacts with SCADA compatability.

(p) 150mm dia oil temperature indicator, dial type with alarm and trip contacts with SCADA compatability and 04 Nos lifting hook / lugs. (q) Test Report / on site inspection report shall be provided by OEM to EIC. (r) Marshalling box with double window, space heater element with switch, illumination CFL lamps, 16/6A socket completely prewired. (s) Neutral to be brought outside on the body of Transformer. (t) Neutral CT shall be provided. (u) Quoted rate include necessary foundation and Railing required for transformer as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

The entire length of Busbar trunking system conductors including junction contacts shall be suitably insulated to withstand 150°C; The entire Busbar trunking system along with junction Monoblock shall be of IP-65 protection. 3. All the existing cables shall be removed only after energizing the bus duct and transformer; Installation shall be carried out in spaces with live cables and pipe lines around using required safety standards. 4.
