M&L for 50mm thick sand cushing for laying of precast concrete interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete.

M & L for 60mm thk, M 35 grade machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber mould using grey cement and pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006 all as specified and ditected.

S & F chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30 cm X 25mm thk with grey cement and pigments,set jointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/path etc over and including 15mm thk screed bed in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles exterior grade 300 x 300 x 10mm (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) including screed bed in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match all as specified and roughening of exc concrete surfaces all as directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing, removing serviceable tiles).

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, joint free non skid tiles and including scread bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for vetrified ceramic coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick area of each tile not exc 0.38sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as directed .

M&L for vetrified ceramic coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm in Skirting/dado over 10mm thick backing coat with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x300mm)x 7mm thick joint free in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/bath and toilet executed in the following stages :- Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc complete. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit in the proporation/quantity all as per manufacturer's instrucitons. Stage 3:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric liquid membrane of Dr Fixit or by brush application of STP (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 8 hours before application of next coat) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 4: Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5: All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and shalicrete R of STP Ltd or integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any. Sgate 7: Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of rapaired sunken portion.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of following size all as directed by Engg-in- Charge :-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

S&F GI tubing (ISI) marked) medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to wall ceiling or laid in floors of following sized :-

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete wall surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thk on brick or concrete surface in CM 1:6 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement morter 1:4 on fair face of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall putty on wall and chalk whiting prepara-tory to distempering

Taking down chowkat (without taking of shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each including making good the disturbed surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or CM 1:3 and white wash and cement base paint complete finished all as directed

M&L for Solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing in SSR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet/ semi corrugated 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type C-0 (1:3:6) using 12.50mm graded aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 all as directed.

M& L Providing type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) precast ce- ment concrete in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps,columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), withplain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match and set in CM 1:4.

S&F tiled false ceiling of size (600x600) mm in true horiontal level suspended on inner on inter locking Diamond Brand metal T-24 Grid of hot dipped galvanized corrosion free because of the zinc coating 120 GSM sections. It consists of main "T" runner of size 24x32x0.3x3000mm, cross "T"of size 24x32x0.3x1200mm, secondary cross "T"of size 24x32x0.3x600mm and PPGI wall angle of size 24x24x0.4x3000mm.The GI power coated wall angle 24x24x0.3x3000mm fixed along the perimeter of the ceiling to walls, partitions or columns etc.,with wooden screw at 300mm centers placed at 600mm c/c. is fixed with Rawl plug 08x45mm creating 1200mm x 1200mm grid.Main-T runner 24x32x0.3x3000mm are then suspended at 1200mm c/c from ceiling using M6 anchor fastener(M6 Bolt, 30x10x1mm pipe and 30x0.8mm thick clamp, 30mm into slab and 30mm outside slab) and 2mm GI wire.The cross-T sections of 24x32x0.3x1200mm is interlocked between the main T at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600mm and then secondary cross "T" 24x32x0.3x600mm is then interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm grid to form grids of 600x600mm.Cross Teens at the ends having lenght more than 600mm are to be supported independently. finally, the PVC tiles of size 595x595x8mm having PVC lamination in front side & Aluminum foil back on rare side need to be layed on the above grid frame, The Diamond Brand PVC tiles has humidity resistance RH 90%, Break strenght of >160 N, Fire resistance of class A G3, 8624-1997 and NRC-0.15. Models available Gypsum with PVC laminated tile,8mm (Sand white and Snow white).
