(b) The quoted rate shall also include the breaking of floors/walls etc including digging of trenches for removing of cables of loops and connecting to the new panel boards and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces.

Supply, Installation, test and Commissioning factory fabricated, outdoor type, LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX Double Door, Both side openable made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet of suitable size with projected Globe roof for rain water protection duly treated through 8 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy powder coated mat finish of SIEMENS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade colour Dust and Vermin Proof, Double door with both side opening including Neoprene Rubber Gasket,, suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System,including Danger Plate, Earthing Strip Point and Ventilation Louvers at Rear Side, Bottom detachable Gland Plate complete with suitable size Zinc Chromium Plated Nuts, Bolts and Washers, etc. and embedded with 50X50X6mm Mild Steel Angle Iron Frame and 600 mm above the Normal Ground Level complete with internal connection with suitable size of cable,cable lugs, and cable glands PCC Foundation in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) and Testing after Installation complete all as specified and comprising of the following :–

(a) Aluminium bas bar 150 amps - 01 Nos, supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelain stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 4 Core 10 Sqmm incl taking out of existing OH line all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore from earth elelctrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM sheet (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as directed. Note:- Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI light grade.

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal dimensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and drawn sub main wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable up to and including 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic PVC rigid conduit accessories surface type on walls, floors etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire all as specified (Note : Two runs of copper conductor and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conductor will be measured and paid as one unit only) (For Street Light connection from Junction Box to Street Light)

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm for cable protection on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps.

Supplying, erecting and fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles with MS / CI base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation (1:4;8) type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for base of foundation complete as specified

M&L for cement concrete in foundation (1:3;6) type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate including form work complete as specified

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21.00 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading riddled earth ( after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct with cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM( 6.25 Cm below cale and 11.75 cm above cale) will be measured for payment purpose. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

Supply and laying bricks common burnt clay building bricks, sub class 'B' of size 230mm X 115 mm X 75 mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV Type 2, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mmx 40 mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing road/PCC surface straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil up to 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m

Dismantling insulators any type, any size

Dismantling stay assembly complete. (demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately)

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors

B/R PORTION M&L Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or up to the extend of joint/crack present at site over joint/ crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be repaired complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia nozzle compatible with injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 31 or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(l) or Quick Fix or equivalent solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturers only. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for injection grouting of construction joints with non shrink cement slurry admixed with epoxy grouting Cebex 100 of M/S Fosroc Chemical /SikaGrout -214 IN @ 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to a groove of size 12mm X 12 mm, Nozzle at 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to be grooved of size 10mm X 10mm fixing of nozzles with fast setting plugging compound Renderoc plug, cutting the extra length of nozzle after grouting all in complete as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffolding as required and as per the directions of Engineers incharge complete all as specified and directed. Seal the nozzle with Sikagard 694 F(l) or equivalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

Providing & Applying Two coats of SikaTopseal 107 or Aqua Arm Top Guard or CICO Top Crete RTU inside of the wall & floor of the tank, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating . First Coat should be applied horizontally and second coat should be applied vertically The thickness of coating shall not be less than I .5mm. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats Sikagard 67 or AquArm Tank Coat, a water based epoxy coating certified for portable water on all over the concrete surface from inside. Apply the first coat by brush allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply 2nd coat and allow it to cure complete 24 hrs The coating shall be applied using brush application. The Thickness after two coating should not be less than 500 microns complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No. 33.00 to 38.00 above: Contractor shall have to submit written guarantee for 10 years period for the water proofing work executed above. The guarantee amount @ 2.5% on the contracted rates for the water proofing shall be retained from the RAR/ Final bill for this purpose. Contractor may also submit FDR for the amount for a period of 10 years towards guarantee of water proofing treatment.

M&L for Scaffolding to be used in the above work against item No 33.00 to 38.00 complete all as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.
