Acoustic Enclosure : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions, with the following features :- (i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absoption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyster powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic/weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used.

(vi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (vii) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (viiii) Provn of 2 Nos 11 Watts LED lamp fitting of approved Make incl wiring inside canopy with single switch controlled. (ix) Fuel gauge to be provided with the neck of fuel tank. (x) Tools as per manufacturers with the box. (xi) Inventory spares of suitable company be manufacture. (xii) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS-2613/5000/IS-4722.Make of the Alternator :

Diesel Engine : Minimum 80 BHP capacity, multi stroke, 3 Cylinder,TurboCharged Diesel Engine suitable for 25 KVA coupled with alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, directly coupled through flexible coupling, multi cylinder, multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours continous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessoires shall be as under :- KIRLOSKAR/CUMMINS/GREAVES Insulation class - 'H' , Temperature rise class - 'H' ,Excitation- Self excited Regulation performance - The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment with in + 5%. , Frequency Regulation + 1% Suitable size & suitable number of runs of UG copper cable (Control cable) from Alternator to AMF & RAW Power to AMF Panel is deemed to be include is quoted rate.

AMF Panel : Auto Main Failure (AMF) Panel made out 14/16 Gauge CRCA sheet weather proof powder coated conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC 50 HZ having aluminium bus bar of capacity required to carry current at 100% load of 25 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded pre-wired with copper flexible cable, all as specified with the following accessories, control cable from Gen Set to AMF Panel. Contactor of Suitable capacity 3 pole with required nos as per OEM, TP contactor for netural for both supplies Suitable capacity of MCCB, 4 Pole for both supplies CTs 150/5A for both the supplies Push buttons Indication Lamps. 2 over load + earth leakage relay Multi functional digital meter for KWH, KVA, KW, Amps, Volts, frequency, power factor etc. SMPS Battery charge 12V, with trickle and boost charging. ON/OFF Switch. Automatic/Manual Switch. Hooter. Voltage sensing relay. Six window anunciator for fault indications.

Acoustic Enclosure : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions, with the following features :- (i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absoption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyster powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic/weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used.

(vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (viii) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (ix) Provn of 2 Nos 11 Watts LED lamp fitting of approved Make incl wiring inside canopy with single switch controlled. (x) Fuel gauge to be provided with the neck of fuel tank. (xi) Tools as per manufacturers with the box. (xii) Invents of suitable company be manufacture. (xiii) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. (xiv) The coated rate to be included necessary civil work for reqd alteration in existing DG plateform complete.

M&L for taking down, dismantling of unserviceable old DG sets 16 KVA to 63 KVA after dismantling of all components/ cables etc tranpoting to AGE E/M store yard to a distance of upto 5 km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down, dismantling of unserviceable old DG sets 110 KVA to 320 KVA after dismantling of all components/ cables etc tranpoting to AGE E/M store yard to a distance of upto 5 km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron 32 x 6 mm strip as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade up to 7.5m from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing 25mmx5mm GI strip in & including 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode, connection with GI nuts, bolts, spring, washers, excavation and refilling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mmx5mm GI strip at 0.5m below ground as earth strip including connnection/termination with GI nuts, bolts, spring, washers, etc (jointing shall be done by over laping and with 02 sets of GI nut bolt washer,spaced at 50mm) complete all as specified and directed.
