S&F in replacement HT bushing with copper rod of capacity 100 KVA, and upto 315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LT bush with copper rod of capacity 100 KVA, and upto 400KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement temperature gauge 0 Degree Centigrade to 120 Degrees centigrade 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of oil level indicator glass in the conservator tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the LT side cable box, disconnecting LT cables, removing unsv oil seal and supply and fix suitable oil seal and gasket for LT bushing of 11 KV /422 V transformers incl replacement rusted nuts & bolts for the transformers of capacity 100 KVA upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of 11 KV / 433 Volts outdoor type distribution transformer, painting with spray gun through out externally with two coats of synthetic enamelpaint of approved colour and writing machine nubmer in white colour on black backgroung complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of transformer :-

Transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA

Transformer of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 250 KVA

Transformer of capacity above 250 KVA and upto 400KVA

Taking down unserviceable breather assembly and supply & fix silica gel breather, suitable for transformer including sufficient quantity of silica gel complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

Disconnecting HT/LT Electric Supply and taking down old existing transformer up to 500 KVA or VCB of any capacity of any description and in any position from the existing indoor/outdoor substation, shifting the transformer / VCB to new location not exceeding 6 KM away from the starting point and installation, fixing and commissioning the transformer connecting the incoming and outgoing connection including testing the transformer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling silica gel in the breathers by removing from transformers and refixing the same after filling the silica gel at site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F replacement of cracked/wornout synthetic rubberized cork gasket 8 mm thick for top cover of transformer capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F replacement of cracked/wornout synthetic rubberized cork gasket 8 mm thick for HT/LT bushes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Callibration and service charge of microproccessor E/F and O/C relay of VCB complete and calibrating with portable relay test kit to set time and fault level and adjustment of setting with according to load & time with SPDC of Telangana for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out trolley of vacuum circuit breaker 630/800 Amps 11 KV from the cabinet and opening top cover, de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts if required, lubricating, inspecting the wiring of Micro processor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking of cleanliness of insulators and bushings and HV test on complete switchgear, circuit breaker and checking for manual/auto tripping system and placing back the breaker trolley in its original position including replacment of the items mentioned in schedule with necessary alteration in copper bus bar for fixing of new CT coil if required complete all as specified and as directed as follows :- (a) Check alignment of trucks for free movement (b) Check control wiring for correctness of connections, continuity and IR values (c) Power closing / opening, mechanically and electrically at extreme condition of control supply voltage (d) closing and tripping time (e) Simultaneous closing of all three phases (f) Check vaccum (g) All functional units Note : The entire service / inspection shall be carried out by rep of OEM or any authorised service centre rep Note : (i) Inspecting/ overhauling of manual/ motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw, motor cut-off limit switch, butter fly switch assembly, replacement of damaged control wiring DC/ AC for smooth function of VCB, testing of contact resistance, insulation resistance and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting/ overhauling/ cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iii) Assembling all items/ components parts to the respective position & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete. Note : The various unserviceable items required to be replaced shall be paid seperately

M&L for painting of HT four pole structure of steel ISMB/Tubular pole/PCC pole after scraping thoroughly the existing rust/ dirt/ dust/ oil /grease and corroded paint from the steel surfaces of the structure including cross arms MS channel and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer of approved quality including making of red and black strips above the coping upto a height of 1.5 Mtrs from the floor level with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of HT 11 KV out door gang operated air break switch complete suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 09 insulators complete including steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps, connected accessories required such as Lugs, jumpers, nut bolts washers etc and taking down old un-serviceable one complete and shifted to MES Store yard for further disposal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for jumper connections between GOD and drop out fuses and transformer with ACSR conductor 6/3.35mm (rabbit) 2 to 3.5 meter long including necessary lugs where ever required after removing the old jumper connection complete all as specified and as directed..

Repairing/servicing /overhauling of gang operated device 11000 volts,200/400 Amps including greasing all the moving parts and applying white petroleum jelly at the contact points tightening all jointing/bolts nuts including replacing wornout the bolt and nutscommissioning and testing including dismantling and replacing the unserviceable parts/spares all as directed.Note: all the spares replaced will be measured & paid separately (labour cost for replacement of spares not covered berein below is also deemed included in the above quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement HT Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, brown single disc assembly for tension with testing clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete after taking out old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 47 here in before but size of 3 core 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed. (excavation has to be carried out by manual)

Note : (i) Cable fault locator machine with all T&P required for identifying the faulty point will be arrange by contractor which cost is included in unit rate. (ii) Straight through joint will be measured & paid seperately in the relevent item.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete for all electrical structures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete type B1 1:2:4 as in coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.
