Supply and fix Gun metal, globe or gate valve 20 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 30 cm for pipes up to 100 mm dia and 60 cm for pipes from 150 mm to 150 mm dia and 75 cm for pipes above 250 mm dia and filling back with excavated soil up to 75 % road portion and 25 % shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of DI D/F Gate valve (Soft Sealed) Resilient Seated Soft Sealing gate valves (Sluice valves RAISING TYPE) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40/SG- 400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per IS 3896 - Part 2- 1985 and subsequent revisions, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM Food grade quality and Seals of NBR and the valve should be vacuum tight and 100 % leak proof with face to face dimension as per BS 5163-89/IS 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. and Valves should be electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage class PN 1.6 including all jointing materials (Gasket, Nutbolts etc) connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour brick masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal size) with mild steel cover 6mm thick and angle iron frame of size 90 x90 cm x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a red oxide primer including locking arrangement, brick work and all inner surfaces of pit and exposed portion of out side shall be plastered in cement motor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F connecting and testing cast iron foot valve of 100mm dia with flanged ends swing type operation with rubber seat as per IS-4038 all as specified and directed.

S&F Cast Iron NRV of 100mm dia flanged ends in swing type including making provisions in pipe line as per IS-5312 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or up to the extend of joint/ crack present at site over joint/crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by engineer-in-charge. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in reinforced concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia nozzle compatible with injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting Gun fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 31 or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty,if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(l) or Quick Fix or equivalent solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar.

M&L for injection grouting of construction joints with non shrink cement slurry admixed with epoxy grouting Cebex 100 of M/S Fosroc Chemical /SikaGrout -214 IN @ 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to a groove of size 12mm X 12 mm, Nozzle at 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to be grooved of size 10mm X 10mm fixing of nozzles with fast setting plugging compound Renderoc plug, cutting the extra length of nozzle after grouting all in complete as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffolding as required and as per the directions of Engineers incharge complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Applying Two coats of SikaTopseal 107 or Aqua Arm Top Guard or CICO Top Crete RTU inside of the wall & floor of the tank, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating . First Coat should be applied horizontally and second coat should be applied vertically The thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats Sikagard 67 or AquArm Tank Coat, a water based epoxy coating certified for portable water on all over the concrete surface from inside. Apply the first coat by brush allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply 2nd coat and allow it to cure complete 24 hrs The coating shall be applied using brush application. The Thickness after two coating should not be less than 500 microns complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Scaffolding as required and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for removing/laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel engine driven Generating Set, AC, 415 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz, 1500 RPM of capacity 160 KVA / 128 KW with Acoustic enclosure, AMF Panel comprising of the following and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (A) DIESEL ENGINE : Six cylinder, Liquid cooled, Naturally aspirated and developing suitable BHP to give the desired output @ 1500 RPM, vertical engine, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke designed to run continuously @ 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO 3046, BS : 5514 standards with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in every 12 hrs operation, DG set to comply with latest CPCB norms as per NGT guidelines (CPCB - IV + or latest applicable norms) and shall comprise the following accessories :

(B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator suitable for continuous operation of 160 KVA / 128 KW rated at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire system, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF in SPDP enclosure, self excited and self regulated, brushless, foot mounted in single/ double bearing construction on end shields conforming to IS 4722, BS EN 60034-1 and will be suitable for tropical condition. (C) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : The acoustic enclosure shall be designed and manufactured confirming to relevant standards suitable for outdoor installation exposed to weather conditions, and to limit noise level of 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 metre from the enclosure as per CRCB IV norms. The enclosure shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet of thickness as per CPCB / OEM norms and shall be powder coated. (D) CONTROL PANEL : CONTROL PANEL ALONG WITH SUITABLE CONTROLLER AND MCCB 250A,4 POLE 25 ka ADJUSTABLE TYPE TO BE PROVIDED. (E) AMF CONTROL PANEL SUITABLE FOR INSTALLATION WITH BY PASS ARRANGEMENT : Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) panel suitable for generating set of capacity 160 KVA factory made, fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable size, having the following features / facilities:-

(ii) Control system and components such as relays, contactors, timers etc both for automatic operation or mains failure and as well as for manual operation; (iii) Necessary instruments and accessories such as Voltmeter, Power factor meter, KWH meter, Ammeter, Frequency Meter etc in one energy analyser unit with selector switch to obtain the reading of desired parameters; (iv) Necessary indication lamps, fuses, terminal block, push buttons, control switches etc as required; (v) Necessary engine/ generating set shut down devices due to fault/ abnormalities; (vi) Necessary visual audio alarm indication and annunciation facility, as specified; (vii) Necessary battery charger; (viii) Necessary excitation control and voltage regulating equipment; (ix) Necessary breakers as specified in the Schedule of work; (x) All necessary internal wiring, connection etc as required (xi) 2 Nos MCCB 315 amps 4 pole 25 KA for Civil as well as DG incoming adjustable type (70% to 100 %) and Ics = 100% Icu. (xii) 2 Nos MCCB 250 amps 4 pole 25 KA for outgoing adjustable type (70% to 100 %) and Ics = 100% Icu. (xiii) Changeover switch 320 Amps 4 pole onload type for bypass arrangement - 1 Nos (xiv) Contactor 320 amps 3 pole 2 Nos (xv) apart from the above any other arrangement / things required for proper functioning of AMF Panel and distribution panel.

(x) All necessary internal wiring, connection etc as required (xi) 2 Nos MCCB 315 amps 4 pole 25 KA for Civil as well as DG incoming adjustable type (70% to 100 %) and Ics = 100% Icu. (xii) 2 Nos MCCB 250 amps 4 pole 25 KA for outgoing adjustable type (70% to 100 %) and Ics = 100% Icu. (xiii) Changeover switch 320 Amps 4 pole onload type for bypass arrangement - 1 Nos (xiv) Contactor 320 amps 3 pole 2 Nos (xv) apart from the above any other arrangement / things required for proper functioning of AMF Panel and distribution panel. Note:- (i) The fuel for final testing of 12 hours shall be supplied by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the above offer. Contractor should indicate suitable date and time in advance for testing of DG Set complete with suitable testing equipment and Rep of OEM in presence and as directed by Rep of Accepting Officer. All other necessary equipments like resistance load strip heater or water testing arrangement etc of suitable capacity/rating and any other items required for final testing shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department.

(ii) The testing of Genset for continuous 12 Hours shall be done by an officer detailed by accepting officer after installation at site No load - 1/2 Hour 25% load - 1/2 Hour 50% load - 1 Hour 75% load - 1 Hour 100% load - 8 Hours 110% load - 1 Hour (iv) The DG set platform shall be made with brick masonry foundation work of suitable size . The details of drg shall be approved by GE before commencement of the work. (v) MS channel shall be provided for mounting acoustic enclosure. The design shall be approved by GE before procurement of DG set. (vi) Diesel storage tank of capacity as per OEM design. (vii) 2 Nos LED fitting with control switch shall be fixed inside DG set (viii) The contractor should submit complete technical specification along with make of materials & drawing shall be approved by GE before placing order. Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 185 sqmm x 3.5 core sizes all as specified and directed.
