Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer_x005fin- charge.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%))

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately).

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth,sides of foundation etc. complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5C X 25 sq. mm (28mm)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective overing etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying & Erection of Hot Dipped galvanized 5 meter height octagonal pole with 1.0 meter long single arm Hot Dipped Galvanized GI bracket in approved design capable of holding the weight of the luminaire. The pole structural design shall be as per ILE TR7 considering the wind speed as per IS:875, the HT steel for construction should be as per BSEN10025 grade S355Jo, minimum thickness 3 mm, hot dip galvanizing on both internal and external surafacesas per IS:2629/IS:2633/IS:4759 with average coating thickness of 65/70 microns through a single dipping process. The pole shall also be provided with hinged/chained flush door of length not less than 300 mm at an elevation of 1.5m (approx) from the base plate with proper strengthing to the cutout of the door opening. Each pole shall be complete with a bakelite sheet complete with DIN Rail, 2 amps, 10KA SPN MCB, Screwless DIN mounting 4pole connectors suitable for 4 core 10/16 Sq.mm cable terminations complete with DIN bar, shorting links, end locks,UG cable identification tags and pole numbering etc as required. The pole shall be provided with 12 mm thick Gussets welded the base plate and the base plate shall be made of GI sheet of size not less than 200mmx200mmx12mm, 600mm long 'J' GI Foundation bolts (EN 8 Grade) of min. 20 mm dia each with three GI nuts and two GI washers etc complete as per drawing. The pole shall have a minimum of OAF of 130mm at bottom and 70 mm at top. The pole shall have a section thickness of not less than 3 mm. The pole shall be fabricated in a single section. The pole and pole foundation should be got approved from Engineer- incharge. The item includes making RCC foundation (1:2:4 with 12mm reinforcement) for the pole as per OEM design and recomendations and suitable 63mm dia DWC pipe for cable entry and Exit. (Design & drawing must be got approved from engineer-in-charge)
