Civi works;Providing and fixing 30mm thick Solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture.M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ?C? channel of size 30 x 50mm forming stiles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ?C? Channel using PVC solvent adhesive. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer?s specification & drawing for finished item of work fixing of odoo furniture in position as directed by the department and fix the jyothi make door dixtures to the shutters with 1 No. aluminium aldrop 16x200mm, 1No. Aluminium latches 200x16x9.5mm, 1 no. aluminium tower blots 12x200mm 2Nod. aluminium door handle 12x17x100mm, 1no. aluminium door stopper cup type, 1no. door rubber solid bushed, 19x6mm sheet metal screws, 25x8mm, sheet metal screws, 50x8mm wood screws, 50x6mm machine screws including cost and conveyance of all materials all operational incidiental labour charges for fixing door fixtures and frame in to masonry etc. complete for finished item of work as directed by the departement DOOR SIZE: 0.75mtx2.10mt.

Civi works;Brick masonry in C.M (1:8) prop: using 2nd class bricks having a crushing strength of not less than 40 Kgs/sq. cm including cost & conveyance of all materials and water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding, mixing mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges curing etc. complete for finished item of work. Civi works;Roofing with pre-painted Galvanume Trapezoidedal profile Roofing sheets with 0.5mm thickness, coating Alu-Zinc Coating AZ 15 GSM. Tensile strength 550 MPA, paint coating with regular modified polyster painting thickness top 18 to 20 microns, bottom 5 to 7 microns an using suitable size of 1.020m x upto 12.00m fixing with G.I. 'J' bolts & nuts 8mm dia GI / bitumen and limpet washers filled with white lead etc complete for finished item of work but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters etc complete
