Supply, installation, testing, commissioning & Handing over of 4 No's of 3.5TR Floor Mounted Top Discharge Precision Air conditioners with Air cooled condenser, direct driven forward curved fan, scroll compressor fully charged with Eco Friendly refrigerant, safety controls, thermostatic expansion valves, Heaters, water leak detector, Microprocessor controller, inbuilt electrical panel, Sequencing cable for Auto sequencing, NRV on discharge line, Liquid Receiver with safety plug Isolation valves along with all the related accessories and associated civil works like necessary core cut openings, finishing the same with plaster/paint, scaffolding etc in Ocean Sat-2 Building (G+1pattern) at INCOIS, Hyderabad. The unit should also consists of inlet filter section with filters, condensate drain pan, Microprocessor panel with digital display, programmable control & recording unit. The unit shall be suitable for 415V 50Hz AC supply. The complete work to be done as per the specifications and terms & conditions enclosed and in co ordination with Engineer-In-Charge. The Unit shall be provided with 5 years warranty.
