SUPPLYING, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF OZONE GENERATOR UNIT INCLUDING 3 YEARS MAINTENANCE ON COMPLETION OF 1 YEAR DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD(DLP), WHICH COMMENCES FROM AFTER COMMISSIONING OF OZONOMETERS: PART-A: Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of OZONE Generator System. The OZONE Output shall be a Maximum of 40 Grams/ hour and a Concentration of 11 %, The ozone generator units shall be the type of Dry electrolytic High-frequency Low voltage corona discharge. This includes all the necessary fittings like elbows, tees, tapers, nuts, bolts, washers, and rubber insertions complete item of work also cost includes fabrication, cutting, jointing, flange welding, etc. All the operations include necessary modifications, testing of the OZONE generator units, complete plumbing joints with testing, etc., and electrical accessories necessary enabling works completed as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. (Please refer to the attached Annexure- 1 for technical specifications of above said OZONE Generators units), Please refer the Annexure 3 for complete details of installations. OZONE GENERATOR SYSTEM INDUSTRIAL BRAND -MODEL: 1 MAX 40 grams/hour, and Concentration of 11 % PART-B: 1) COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE (AMC) SERVICES TO THE OZONE GENERATORS UNTIS (163 NOS), INSTALLED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS. 2) FOR THE PERIOD OF 3 YEARS, AFTER COMPLETION OF THE DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD (DLP) OF 1 YEAR FOR THE ENTIRE SYSTEM AS COMMISSIONED: (Please refer to the attached Annexure- 1 for technical specifications of the said OZONE Generators units ). Please refer to PART -A item for complete details. 3) The quote is inclusive of AMC for the 03 years on completion of 1 year Defect Liability Period(DLP), which commences from after commissioning of ozonometers (towards AMC, 5% of the quoted amount under this item shall be recovered from the RA/Final bills and which shall be refunded after completion of DLP (1 year) plus AMC (3 Years) OR against submission of BG for an equivalent amount with validity up to the end of AMC period))
