Providing and applying Polyurethane Flooring (High performance Polyurethane Concrete Flooring System for industrical applicatons) 1) Filling the damaged part of floor (patches) with Nippon profloor 5400 MDF or equivalent make as approved by Engineer in Charge. 2) Primer coat with PRO FLOOR 125 WB/106WB of Nippon or Equivalent make as approved by Engineer-in-charge. 3) 0.5mm thick Scratch Coat with ProFloor 5400 MDF of Nippon or Equivalent make as approved by Engineer in charge 4)3mm Thick Final Coat with ProFloor 5400 MDF of Nippon or Equivalent Make including required floor marking as per approved drawings and surface preparation which includes cleaning with appropriate tools and machinery to remove all dust, fungus etc., washing with water all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer- in-charge. Overall Average thickness of the the Flooring Shall be 3.50mm (The Contractor shall give warantee for the performance of the above mentioned work for a period of 5 years and it shall be executed on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper along with 5% of the amount of the cost of item shall be deposited through FD/BG and which shall be returned after completion of 5 years without interest).
