Supplying and commissioning licensed OEM software and a user-approved dashboard with integrated management and which shall be connected to the system networks and integrate into all the provided ultrasonic water meters as installed under Sl.No.(1) item. This scope of work includes the supply, commissioning and integration of a comprehensive software solution and dashboard for real-time monitoring of water management systems. The system shall incorporate user logins for access control and will be integrated with IoT GSM-based water meters in compliance with IoT-based -GSM standards and security protocols. Key deliverables include: Software Development & Commissioning: Design, supply, and implement a software platform for monitoring and managing water usage through IoT-based- GSM-based meters, ensuring full compatibility with GSM standards.
Dashboard Design & Functionality: Develop and deploy an intuitive dashboard for data visualization, providing users with real-time insights into water usage, system performance, and meter status.
Data logging and Transmission Frequency: Every 8 hours/24 hours by default
Integration with Servers: Seamless integration of the software with central servers for data storage, processing, and communication with IoT-based GSM-based meters, adhering to GSM communication protocols.
Security Measures: Implement robust security protocols to safeguard user data, server communications, and system integrity, in line with industry standards.
Server Application Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance services for the server application, ensuring smooth operation, data accuracy, and system uptime.
User Access Management: The system shall feature secure user logins with role-based access control for different levels of system users, as per the technical requirements specified below. (1) 10 mobiles for SMS receipt ( 2) 20 numbers of User ID & Password should be provided (or) may be more as per the directions of EIC. PART-B: COMPREHESIVE ANNUAL MAINTEANANCE (AMC) SERVICES TO THE IOT BASED ULTRASONIC DIGITAL WATER METERS & ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE AS INSTALLED FOR THE 4 YEARS AFTER COMPLETION OF DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD (DLP) OF 1 YEAR FOR THE ENTIRE SYSTEM AS COMMISSIONED: Providing Annual Maintenance Comprehensive (AMC) Services for 4 years on completion of Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 1 year for the entire system for all the Ultrasonic Digital Water Meters as Installed under Sl.No.(1) item including:
(a) the cost of communication (including recharge of SIMs) for using 4G /5G SIMs, cloud hosting, software dashboard, SMS /email alerts
(b)02 Nos uniterrupted SIM network maintenance including 4G/5G SIM recharge for the entire length of 4 years of AMC period for all the meters.
(c) One time replacement of Lithium battery of required voltage for each meter for the entire 1 year DLP period & 4 years of AMC period for the all the meters as installed under Sl.No.(1). (d) Complete accessories as required to be replaced for mal-functioned water meters for functioning of those well. (e) The issues needs to be addressed within 48 hours time limit otherwise the penality will be imposed as per the terms and conditions of the contract agreement. (f) This inlcuding maintenance of the approved premium software and dashbaord for the the entire 4 years AMC period as per the Contract by taking care of bugs, glitches, crashes, dats losses, networs issues, user quash etc and informing meter readings atleast one reading per one meter per day for all the meters as installed under Sl.No.(1) item.
(g) The faluty meters shall be replaced with new one as necessitated with complete accessories & consumables under the warranty period of the meters without addditional cost . On completion of Warranty period of digital meters, the faulty mal-functioning meters shall be installed with new one as per the requirement on the payment basis. (h) The other related charges for data transmission/communication/networks related / network upgrading charges shall be borne by the Contractor during the entire 04 years of O & M period and also
(i) The maintenance of Software and Dashboard for Water Management Monitoring /budgeting for the entire 04 years of O & M period shall be borne by the Contractor (Note: After the completion of the one-year free Defect Liability Period(DLP) then the AMC period of 4 years will be commenced as per the contract).
