Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. Application of PU Waterproofing System: SurfacePreparation: Preparation of existing concrete surface by wire brushing and other mechanical means like Angle grinder with 3" or 4" grinding wheel to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance and contaminants. Supplying and filling of 20 mm aggregate all around the pipe up to required level and dressing ,etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tratment for wall and Floor joint area wall and floor joint areas: The Floor & wal junctions shall be chamfered with Cement, Sand, Coarse Aggregates (10mm down graded) in the ratio of 1:1.5:3 admixed with integral admixture Fosroc Conplast WL Xtra @ 200ml per bag of cement/Equivalent & tie rods packed with Conbextra GP2 Grout, all complete as per manufacturer's specification. Charges for Providing and Fixing of “Nitoband TPE Corners” or Equivalent. (Superior sealing system for External and Internal Corners) at the Junctions and Floor and Wall area by using suitable adhesive.etc complete as per directions of engineer-In charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and mixing of Integral admixture Conplast WL Xtra @200ml per bag of cement/equivalent to Screed concrete,etc,all complete as per the directions of engineer in charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

filling the holes of size maximum (150X150x150 mm) by using Anti -shrinkage ,expanding chemical Fosroc Conbextra GP2 at required locations,etc all complete as per directions of Engineer-In charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600.
