Dismantling doors M.S.Frames windows (steel ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within IICT campus as directed including alround plastering the surface after removing of windows in cement motor 1;6 (1 Cement ; 6 Fine sand) size of the windows below 3.00sqm

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 4 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with nonwoven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete.. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. 1. cleaning the surface from all loose gravel,dirt and foreign materials which may impair the bond or demage the membrane. 2.Supply and apply of coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @ 500grms/sqm allow it to touch dry. 3. supply and apply of coat super silver (bitumen aluminum paint) 300grms/sqm over the membrane to protect from the UV RAYS.

Exposing the corroded steel around its fulll circumference and cleaning the same to remove all loose scales and corrosion deposits by hard brush with emry paper or by any suitable mechanical means as directed bt engineer in charge. So as to get bright conditions and removing the corrosion deposits from pits and imperfections within its surface by compressed air and water at a high pressure and providing and applying one full coat of anti corrosive treatment of epoxy (Nitozinc primer/Zinc rich primer of FOSROC product) or any other equivalent approved compound over the cleaned and prepared surface as per manufactures specifications.

Extra for providing and spraying bond coat 'Nito bond-SBR of FORSROC product for the entire surface to receive the coat prior to application of cement plaster.

Providing and applying a bond coat of Nitobond -EP of FOSROC product to the exposed surfaces of all structural members as per the manufacturers specifications at all levels as directed by Engineer in charge.
