UPVC 2.5T 2P With SS Mesh+ 5mm Clear toughened + MS Grill:- Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window with 5mm Clear toughened glass with SS Mesh (SS 304) and MS grill comprising of uPVC multi-chambered extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.0 ± 0.2 mm thick (for frame), 1.5 ± 0.2 mm (for sash), galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), TPE gasket that is co-extruded with uPVC profile, Touch locks, nylon rollers, , GI fasteners 100 x 8 mm size far fixing frame to finished wall, plastic glazing packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be miter cut to size and fusion welded at all corners, shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality. Profile Extrusion manufacturing & fabrication facility should be nearby accessible.Note: For uPVC frame, sash and extruded profiles ± 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.Sliding window 2.5 Track made of frame 81 x 42 mm, sash 31 x 57 mm, mesh 25 x 42mm/ frame 94 x 45 mm, sash 39 x 58 mm, sash 39 x 65 mm, 25 x 42mm all having wall thickness of 2.2 ± 0.2 mm and SS304 Mesh of appropriate dimension along with MS Grill with powder coated 12 x 12 x 1.2mm.

UPVC ventilator:- Providing & fixing of Ventilator with mult-chambered uPVC Extruded frame section 60 x 55 mm with minimum wall thickness 2.2 ± 0.2 mm section with gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized iron profile of 1.0 mm thickness through out the window. Ventilator shall be provided with Frosted Glass Partly Lowered &Partly fixed, with SS 304 mesh and exhaust fan provision, standard hardware, single point locking and friction stays. Necessary shop drawings should be prepared by the contractor and work shall be executed after obtaining approval from Engineer-in-charge
