External Textured paint and Epoxy paint on sloped Roof C Type 10 Blocks (40 nos):- Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. Finishing walls with Application of 2mm average thickness Decorative Architectural base plaster/ Texture finish including priming coat over old surface as per manufacturers specification of "Off White" colour by creating "big lines" / Jumbo lines / or any other pattern as approved by scratching with trowel as approved by the Engineering- In-chrge . The Composition of base plaster / Texture material shall be manufactured with required proportion of marble powder, Silica sand particles and quartz materials mixed with rich acrylic binding medium, uniformly applied on exterior surface with approved make / brand or eqivalent make / brand. The surface after drying shall be applied with Two or more coats of water based, modified Acrylic Weather proof Emulsion paint ( M/s. Asian paints Apex Ultima or equivalent) having anti algal and anti fungus properties of approved make or equivalent make, brand of approved colour applied over a coat of exterior walls primer of approved brand or equivalent make/ brand complete as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The Cost of operations include cleaning with water and including providing double scaffolding upto all heights with necessary safety preventtative arrangements etc are included in the item. ( Note: Cost of scaffolding is included in the item and nothing extra shall be payable on this account of scaffolding etc.)

c. Providing & Laying of ceramic tile flooring in C Type Qtrs (12 nos) in UoH Campus: Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc.and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

d.Applying of internal painting in C Type Qtrs (12 nos) in UoH Campus:- Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

e. Providing & Fixing of aluminium sliding windows in C-07 Qtr in UoH Campus:- Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Terrace & Sajjas Water Proofing System:- Providing & applying shrinkage compensated cement based flowable, expanding grout in pipe penetration & keep 20mm minimum gap from front side and having bulk density ~1.35 kg/l at 27°C. The grout should comply to ASTM C 1107 and should have following physical properties: Compressive Strength at ambient temperature of +30°C according to ASTM C 109 in 1 day ~25 N/mm2, in 3 ~35 N/mm2, in 7 days ~45 N/mm2 and in 28 days ~65 N/mm2; Flexural Strength at ambient temperature of +30°C according to ASTM C 293 in 7 days ~7 N/mm2 and in 28 days ~9 N/mm2; E-Modulus ~37,000 N/mm2.
