Special Repairs;Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M40 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone-II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers inclduing cost and conveyance, Vertical pumping and horizontal on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including levelling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centering, Vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including material taxes, pumping, transporatation, approved admixture etc., complete (RMC-M40 for VDCC Road)

Special Repairs;Vaccume drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suctin mat of suitable size and length, vaccume pump to maintain vaccume pressure 0.7-0.8, atmospheres as per the standard procedure, floating with power floater, mechanical travelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charegs of machinery, labour, fuel etc, complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Special Repairs;Supply and placing of impremeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick over lean mix concrete as separation membrane including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, tools and plants, machinery etc. complete for finished item of work, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Special Repairs;Supplying of curing compound including spraying at 0.25 ltrs/Sqm for VDCC including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, tools and plants, machinery etc. complete for finished item of work, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Special Repairs;Saw cut joints for freshly laid concrete pavement including all material and labour charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, tools and plants, machinery etc. complete for finished item of work, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Special Repairs;Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS Grade using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.26 Kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Special Repairs;Providing and laying of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with with 100-120 TPH Batch Mix plant using HBG crushed aggregates of Grading-2 as per table 500-10 of MoRT&H Specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG 30 grade @ 4.50% of weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Hydrostatic sensor paver for full width to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary including cost of (excluding seigniorage) charges of all materials etc., complete and as per MoRT&H specification No. 505 (5th Revision) (Excluding GST Charge & seigniorage charges).

Special Repairs;Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified garding, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specification clause No.509 complete in all respects.

Special Repairs;Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH 5th revision & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Special Repairs;Plain cement concrete (1:3:6 ) (M10) nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days as per MORTH 5th Revision & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for levelling coarse.

Special Repairs;Providing, laying & fixing of non-pressure NP4 class R.C.C pipes of dia 600 mm for storm water lines conforning to B.I.S 458/2003 with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportionb of 1:2 (1 cement :2 fine sand) including transportation to site,true to gradient, alignment & testing of joints etc. complete and as per the reuqirements and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Special Repairs;Plain Vibrated cement concrete M20 Grade Concrete using 20mm and 10mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate (coarse aggregate conforming to Table-1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, seigniorages and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, compacting, Vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operationa charges T&P required etc., complete as per MoRt&h specification 1500, 1700, 2200 (5th Revision) for Encasing.

Special Repairs;Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH 5th revision & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Special Repairs;Filling with Stone dust in trench Plate Compactor as per Drawing & Technical Specification as per MoRT&H 5th revision & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for restoration of trench.

Special Repairs;Plain cement concrete (1:3:6 ) (M10) nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days as per MORTH 5th Revision & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for restoration of trench.

Special Repairs;Plain Vibrated cement concrete M20 Grade Concrete using 20mm and 10mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate (coarse aggregate conforming to Table-1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, seigniorages and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying in position, compacting, Vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operationa charges T&P required etc., complete as per MoRt&h specification 1500, 1700, 2200 (5th Revision) for restoration of trench

Special Repairs;Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Special Repairs;Plain cement concrete (1:3:6 ) (M10) nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days as per MORTH 5th Revision & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for table drain.

Special Repairs;Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH 5th revision & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for High berm cutting

Special Repairs;Carting and Disposal of excavated/unserviceable material/earth to a lead of 15 km beyond initial lift including labour charges for loading and unloading, tranportation etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH 5th Revision & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Special Repairs;Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Concrete and bituminous Surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per MORT&H Section 803.4 and IRC: 35, the material should satisfy the requirements as per MORTH specifications 803.4 and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to replace the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department). b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45 degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c) Crack resistance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, Part-1, 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion : Strong E) Softening point: 102 degree centigrade F) Dried film finish : Smooth and uniform G) Night Vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS: 164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35 and MORT&H Section 803.4
