Construction of RCC Cantilever Retaining wall and open drain using nominal mix cement concrete all a;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of RCC Cantilever Retaining wall and open drain using nominal mix cement concrete all a;RCC M-20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work,including centering, shuttering etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of RCC Cantilever Retaining wall and open drain using nominal mix cement concrete all a;Collection supply and filling with Sand in trenches ,sides of foundations and basement wherever necessary and the pipeline trenches after laid, jointed, executed, tested with intial lead in layors not exceeding 15 cm thick , consolidating each deposited layer by watering consolidting each layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyonce of gravel water to work site and all operational ,incidental,labour charges,hire charges of T and P .,complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of RCC Cantilever Retaining wall and open drain using nominal mix cement concrete all a;Excavation in Hard rock (blasting prohibited) with benching, chiselling and wedging such as hard rock, sheet rock and boulders in habitant areas where controlled blasting can not be done with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including protecting walls and other structures , existing water supply lines, sewers, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc., wherever it is possible so as not to distrub the existing utility services etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas diversion of the traffic,removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and excluding backfilling for pipeline trenches for laying sewer/ Water supply lines / Foundations including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete.as directed by the departmental officers.
