Reconstruction of collapsed roof slab and construction of room for sewerage staff at NGO Colony rese;PCC Grade M15 - Nominal mix (1:2.5:5) (Hand mixing) using 40mm down graded HG metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (As per GO Ms No 37 Industries and Commerce(Mines-I) Dept, dated 29.05.2018, Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 is adopted), coarse aggregate, water etc., including all operational operational, incidental and labour charges such as, hand mixing, laying concrete , curing, including contractor's profit and over head charges etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges & GST etc. (APSS 402).

Reconstruction of collapsed roof slab and construction of room for sewerage staff at NGO Colony rese;Supply and fixing of aluminimum fixed glazing as per drawing using standard powder coated/ anodised aluminimum section of 101.4 x 44.45 x specified thickness fitted with 6.0mm thick / 4.0 mm thick plain glass glazing fitted with suitable Aluminimum glazing clips and aproved brand silicon sealant including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges for manufacturing fixing in position using wooden blocks and sheet metal screw etc. to complete for finished item of work as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Reconstruction of collapsed roof slab and construction of room for sewerage staff at NGO Colony rese;Providing and fixing 30mm thick Solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ?C? channel of size 30 x 50mm forming stiles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ?C? Channel using PVC solvent adhesive. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer?s specification & drawing for finished item of work

(APSS 901 & 904) (CSSR) for Even Surface/ Internal Walls.

But excluding seignorage chages and taxes like GST. (APSS No.501 & 504) for Super structure.

Reconstruction of collapsed roof slab and construction of room for sewerage staff at NGO Colony rese;Earthwork excavation and depositing on the bank in all types of soils like black cotton soil, red earth, and ordinary gravel, hard gravelly soils, mixture of gravel, soft disintegrated rock,hard disintegrated rock,conglomerated rock , stoney earth and earth mixed with fair size boulders except rock requiring blasting with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including protecting the walls and other structures , existing water supply lines, sewers, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc., wherever it is possible so as not to distrub the existing utility services etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas including diversion of the traffic,removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and including backfilling for pipeline trenches for laying Water supply/sewer lines including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.
