Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Supply and delivery of HYSD bars of FE 415 grade of various diameters including cost and conveyance to site, labour charges, for straightening, cutting , bending and fabrication of reinforcement , including placing in position, binding and all labour charges and cost binding and all labour charges and cost binding wire for tying the rods, all leads lifts tools and plants all incidental and operational charges etc complete RCC chamber pedestals and thrust block etc., complete as directed by the dept officers ( 1000mm dia pipe line ,1500 mm dia pipe line ,@ 100 kgs/1cum).

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;RCC 1:2:4 using 6 to 20 mm guage hard granite machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site as specified by departmental officers at site including machine mixing of concrete, lifts leads from work and laying in position, vibrating, compacting curing and all labour charges, tools and plants and all other incidental and operational charges etc complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication etc complte as directed by the dept officers.(Road portionm in casting, Thrust blocks).

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Providing CC 1:3:6 prop using 40mm hard granite metal stone including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(Road portion 1000 mm dia , Thrust blocks Road Portion 1500mm dia).

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Barricading , hoarding, lighting and watching etc for pipe line works for trenches of depth up to 2m below ground level on both sides of trenches etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(1000 mm dia pipe line , 1500 mm dia pipe line )

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Fixing of 1000 mm dia MS gap specials (Spigot and Socket M/C Ends) keeping on position , hoisting , lowering, laying and jointing welding to the MS specials true to alignment and gradient by field gas cutting and 3 line arc welding including hire charges of crane, generator and welding transformer including cost of electrodes, acetylene and jointing the 1000 mm dia PSC pipes, labour chargs etc complete with in stipulated time as directed by the dept officers.(MS gaps specials supplied by the dept, 1000mm dia).

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Mfg, supply and delivery of 1450/1500 mm dia Ms Reducer keeping in position, hoisting, lowering, laying and jointing welding to the MS specials true to alignment and gradient by field gas cutting and 3 lines arc welding including hire charges of vrane , generator , and welding transformer including cost of electrodes, acetylene and jointing the 1500 mm dia PSC pipes, labour charges etc complete with in stipulated time as directed by the dept officers ( MS gap specials supplied by the departmental, 1450/1500 mm dia MS Reducer)

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Bailing out water from the pipeline trenches with oil engine driven pumpsets, including hire charges fuel charges ans wages for driver and helper etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(6pumps X 20 Hrs = 120 Hrs, 4 pumps X 24 hrs = 96 Hrs)

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Manufacture , Supply , delivery and testing of 1500 mm dia MS bend fabricated with 10 mm thick MS plate including cost of mild steel, plates, with 3 line arc welding as per standard , and two coats of epoxy black paint etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(1500 mm dia MS pipe, 30 to 60).

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Manufacture , Supply , delivery and testing of 1500 mm dia MS bend fabricated with 10 mm thick MS plate including cost of mild steel, plates, with 3 line arc welding as per standard , and two coats of epoxy black paint etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(1500 mm dia MS pipe, 30 to 60 Bend).

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Manufacture , Supply , delivery and testing of 1000 mm dia MS bend fabricated with 10 mm thick MS plate including cost of mild steel, plates, with 3 line arc welding as per standard , and two coats of epoxy black paint etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(1000 mm dia MS pipe, 30 to 60).

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Manufacture , Supply , delivery and testing of 1000 mm dia MS bend fabricated with 10 mm thick MS plate including cost of mild steel, plates, with 3 line arc welding as per standard , and two coats of epoxy black paint etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(1000 mm dia MS pipe, 0 to 30 Bend).

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Manufacture , Supply and delivery of Machine ends pair (Socket and spigot ) to suit PSC pipes fabricated with 12 and 30 mm thick MS plate including cost of all materials, labour chages, turning welding charges, painting with epoxy black both sides and transportation charges etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(1000 mm dia)

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Manufacture, Supply and delivery of 1000mm and 1500mm dia M S pipes fabricated with 10mm thick ms plate Conforming to IS 3589/2001 including testing at factory for a test pressure of 24 Kg/Sq.cm and hydraulic testing of line to field test pressure of 16kg/Sqcm in convinent stretches incluiding in lining with cement motor(1:2) 15 mm thick using 4 numbers of 6 mm dia MS Rings at each end of the pipe and out coating cement motor (1:3) 30 mm thick by shorcreting or gunting duly providing wire mesh of size 50 x50 x3 mm including cost of all materials, labour charges , transportation to any where in TG but excluding all taxes, and cost of laying, jointing, hydrostatic Field test pressure, including cost of site, welding , jointing materials and cost of transportation of water including emptying pipe line after completion of field testing etc complete as directed by the dept officers.(1500 mm dia MS pipe line)

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Supplying and filling of gravel for bedding and all round pipeline the including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the dept officers.(1000 mm dia pipeline and 1500 mm dia pipe line Deduct pipe portion (-) II/4x1.10x1.10x73, (-) II/4x1.60x73)

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Earth work excavation in hard rock and boulders more than 3.00 cum in size required blasting for pipe line trenches in restricted places with control blasting (where conventional blasting cannot be done) including drilling holes at 50 cm C/C by power drilling , control blasting chiseling wedging and braking of stone etc as per directed by the dept officers.

Replacement of 1000mm dia and 1500mm dia PSC Pipe line of MWSS Ph I and II Pumping (Between Ch No 40;Earth work excavation in all kinds of soils like black cotton soils, red earth, ordinary gravel, hard gravelly soils mixture of gravel and soft disintegrated rock and conglomerated rock removable by pick axes and crow bars, stoney earth and earth mixed with fair sized boulders in the restricted work place , including and all incidental and operational chargs all lead and lifts and depositing the same on bank with an initial lead of 10 m etc complete but excluding shoring, shuttering and dewatering of pipe line trenches where the depth is less than 11/2 times the width as directed by the dept officers.(for 1000mm dia pipeline and 1500 mm dia pipe line, less 10% hard rock).
