Replacement of 1000 mm dia PhI PSC pipes of MWSS Pumping main Between Ch.No.776 to 790 with MS pipe;Cutting open and removing of 1000 mm dia PSC pipes for length of 1 pipe each from its joints carefully by breaking the lead joint duly removing the MS collar and shifting the old pipe to suitable place etc with all other incidental and operational charges etc complete as directed by the DEPT Officers

Replacement of 1000 mm dia PhI PSC pipes of MWSS Pumping main Between Ch.No.776 to 790 with MS pipe;Carting surplus excavated earth and rock from the site to a suitable distance of 8 KM including loading , unloading conveyance and dumping , labor charges , all leads and lifts all other incidental and operational charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Replacement of 1000 mm dia PhI PSC pipes of MWSS Pumping main Between Ch.No.776 to 790 with MS pipe;Providing HYSD steel bars (Fe 500 / Fe550 Grade as per IS 1786 to 1979) Steel Manufactures Outside Telangana with minimum integrated installed Production Capacity of 10 Lakh MT per annum (TATA, SAIL, VSP, JINDAL PANTHER, GOEL TMT, SHYAM STEEL and BALAJI SHAKTI), of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in positions with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapse splicings with binding wire of 18 guage forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as over lapse, coupling, chairs, spacer bars, including cost and conveyance of binding wires, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding taxes like GST on all materials etc., complete foer finished item of work in all floors

Replacement of 1000 mm dia PhI PSC pipes of MWSS Pumping main Between Ch.No.776 to 790 with MS pipe;Manufacture, Supply and delivery of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40/ SG- 400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163- IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage. Drilled as per requirement of the dept officers (150mm dia PN-16).
