Supply, delivery and fixing of various mandatory spares for 132/6.6 KV Sub stations and 6.6KV pumpin;Fixing of valves including Cutting and Removing of damaged 600mm dia NRV's/ Butter Fly Valves and MS specials and Hoisting, lowering, keeping in position, laying true to alignment and gradient 600mm dia MS Tail piece and 600mm dia NRV's/ Butter Fly Valves by perfect linking, jointing, setting by field gas cutting and field jacks, jointing the pipe line both ends and central gap portion with 3 lines arc welding with all leads, lifts, de- lifts , service and labour charges including hire charges of gas cutting set, power generator and welding transformers and all other consumables such as electrodes etc. and all other incidental and operational charges etc. completing the job excluding cost of specials and valves with in the stipulated time to restore water supply as directed by the departmental officers.

All Bellows shall have IS 2062 GR B plate flanges and shall be drilled as per IS 1538 Table 4 & 6, M.O.C. of Limit Rods & Nuts shall be IS 1367, M.O.C. of Weld ends & Lugs shall be IS 2062. Design Pressure of Bellows: 10 Kg/Sq Cm. And Design Temperature: 50°C. As per old sample complete as directed by the departmental officials for Mailardevpally PH-III pump house.

Face to face dimensions as per AWWA C 504 or BS 5155 or IS : 13095.
