Operation and maintenance of 3 MLD Capacity Pressure Filter at Manikonda for 6 Months;Removing the burnout open well submersible pump set of 20 Hp and 3 core flat cables from the raw water conduit/sump with out damaging any accessories and sending pumpset to workshop dismantling the rotor from the stator removing the bunr out pvc coppoer wire from the stator cleaning the stator slots providing insulation pvc paper, rewing with new pvc copper wire suitable guage changing motor bushes giving connections, tapping and assembling the open well pump set, repairs to pump such as replacing the worn out bushes; shaft, sleeves includiung turning,polishing etc, changing thrust bearing of the pumpset refixing the rewinded open well submersible pump set along with 3 core cable with out damaging any accessories and cables including testing and trail run on full as directed by the departmental officers.
