Laying of 300mm dia water supply;Supply and delivery fixing of RCC precast manholes chambers having the size of 36" at bottom tappering to 21" dia at top fixing in CC 1:4:8 Prop along with FRC cover HD -20 and frame laying CC design mix M-30 prop: Including cost of materials labour charges earth work curing conveyance etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Laying of 300mm dia water supply;Carting away the surplus excavated materials such as rock / earth from the site to a suitable distance of about 8 Kms including loading, unloading, conveyance charges and dumping the carted material at the contractors cost labour charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidential and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the H.M.W.S.&. S. Board Engineers.

Laying of 300mm dia water supply;Manufacturing and supply for the 150mm DI dia MS pipes using MS plate confirming to IS 2062 1992 grade A manufactured as per IS 3589 2001 to a suitable lengths to suit the site conditions as directed by the departmental officers including 2 coats of epoxy painting of approved make including cost of mile steel plates, epoxy paint welding rods and other required material and inclusive of all taxes duties and delivery to site loading unloading and hoisting carefully lowering the pipes in readymade trenchs and laying them true to alignment and gradient. etc., complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.&.S. Board Engineers.

Laying of 300mm dia water supply;Manufucture, supply and delivery of 300x300x150 Flange on double socket as per IS 9523-2000 etc complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Laying of 300mm dia water supply;Manufucture, supply and delivery of 300x300x80 Flange on double socket as per IS 9523-2000 etc complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Laying of 300mm dia water supply;Manufacture, supply and erection of air valve guard cabin of size 0.6×0.6×1.00 m made with 4 Nos vertical and 4 Nos horizantal MS angles of size 75×50×6 mm and 12 mm dia MS round bars fixed at 10 cm c/c with door and locking arrangements as per approved drawing and as directed by departmental officers and painting both sides with anti corrosive paint, two coats over one caot of primary coat including cost of all materials, fabrication, welding, transportation to site, all taxes and duties , fixing in position duly embodying in CC(1:1.5:3) prop, and all incidental and operational charges etc complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Laying of 300mm dia water supply;Manufacture, Supply and delivery of DI 80mm dia D/F Gate Valves (Soft Seated) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40/ SG- 400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per I.S.3896-part2-1985 and subsequent revisions, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM food grade quality and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS5163-89/IS14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves should be with Electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage. Drilled as per requirement of the dept etc complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.

Laying of 300mm dia water supply;Barricading, Boarding, lighting and Watching etc., for pipe line trenches etc., complete as directed by the HMWS&SB Engineers.
