Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting heavy leakages with requisite material;Hoisting, lowering, keeping in position, laying true to alignment and gradient 900mm dia M/C ends socket & spigot by perfect linking, jointing. setting by field gas cutting and field jacks, Jointing the pipeline both ends with suitable rubber rings and central gap portion with collar by field gas cutting and 3 lines arc welding external & internal by cutting a manhole portion of top of the pipeline in the excavated trench with all leads, lifts, de-lifts service and labour charges hire charges of gas cutting set, wedling transformers and all other consumables such as incidental and operational charges etc. completing the job with in the stipulated time as directed by the Dept officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting heavy leakages with requisite material;Cutting open and removing of 900mm dia PSC pipe for length of 1 pipe of 4.00 mtrs each from its joints carefully by field gas cutting of the HT wires, hire charges of gas cutting equipment and all consumables etc with all other incidental and operational charges etc complete as directed by the DEPT Officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting heavy leakages with requisite material;Jointing of M.S.Pipe Barrel and P.S.C. pipe at One end from inside the pipe with Spun Yarn by making (4)rows duly inserting and from out side as per site condition and caulking with Cement mortar carefully without damaging the existing PSC pipes by using Hard Crete solution for quick setting and leak proof with experinecd fitters and helpers duly taking the all precautionary measures for work inside the pipe line excluding cost and conveyance of jointing materilas such as Cement, Spun Yarn, Hard Crete solution etc. complete as directed by the Dept officers.. (For Shut down purpose in Ph-ll Pipe lines.)

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting heavy leakages with requisite material;Hoisting and keeping of 1450mm dia M.S.Barrels of 1.50m length of 2nos and inserting in side the the 1500 mm dia PSC Pipe & loweing laying of 2 Nos M.S Pipe Barrels true to alignement & gradient incluidng cutting of man hole portion for one pipe for faciliting to men & Materials inside the pipe and jointing together and welding in 3 Run arc welding from inside & out side duly rotating the M.S Barrels inside the 1500 mm dia PSC pipe with the help of Crane and experienced welders and helpers and closing the man hole portion after complition of welding jointing work from inside the pipe line and closing the M.S.Man hole by providing the required stiffners etc, including cost and conveyance of ISI mark Electrodes, including all incidental & operational charges duly taking all precautionary measures to work inside the pipe line complete as directed by the Dept officers.. (For Shut down purpose in Ph-Il Pipe lines.)

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting heavy leakages with requisite material;Removing of existing damaged 1500mm dia PSC Pipe of 1.5 m length half portion duly breaking with Hammers Chissels and cutting the H.T.Wires with the help of Gas cutting equipment without damaging the the adjacent PSC Pipe and lifting up to road level carefully and dumping at suitable place including cost of Skilled labour and all leads and lifts including hire charges of Gas cutting equipment, & other cosumable materials such as Electrodes, Gas Cylinders and all incidental and operational charges etc. complete as directed by the Dept officers. (For Shut down purpose in Ph-ll Pipe lines.)
