Manning, Operations and regular maintenance;Pest Control services to avoid Lizards, Rats, Mice and Snakes etc., enter in to LT Electrical panels which are causing to major break downs and heavy damages 11KV/415V Electrical Equipment 90HP Pumping station, Electrical Substations and surroundings once in a 4 months by Spraying Specially formulated Pesticide near all LT Electrical panels, cable trenches, cable ducts, entire control rooms and surroundings to kill the all Lizards and other insects to avoid heavy flashovers causing major break downs and heavy damages which are causing major pumping interruptions frequently including cost of material and all taxes and duties complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manning, Operations and regular maintenance;Regular maintenance for Mechanical services by Engaging expertised engineers along with required man power etc., for pumps and motors for observation of pumps and motors condition and if any repairing and alignment of pumps & motors as and when required for 3 No's 550HP Pumpsets and allied equipment at Marredpally and 3Nos of 100Lps HSC Pump sets and allied equipment at Mekalamandi as directed by the Departmental officials, for the period of 12 months.

Manning, Operations and regular maintenance;Regular maintenance for Servicing, repairing, reconditioning, testing and trouble shooting of LT 415V Star-delta starters replacement of Indications, fuses, connectors, lugs, testing of contol wiring complete annual maintenance as directed by the departmental officers and major spares like contactors and other parts etc., will be supplied by the department if required.(2No's X 12 months= 36Jobs).

Manning, Operations and regular maintenance;Complete Overhauling and servicing of the 550HP , 3.3KV H.T. Motors duly disconnecting of the power cable and shifting the motor to work spot, dismantling of motor, removing the adopter, end shield covers. Through cleaning of stator & rotor winding with compressed air for two cycles, then with petrol and CRC ? 224, checking for loose wedges, if required tightening & sealing loose wedges found, heating the winding by strip heater for improvement of IR values (if required), varnishing the stator & rotor and drying, spraying on the windings of stator with moisture resistant air dry varnish, testing the bearings on both drive end and non drive end. Supply and replacement of bearings by oil both technique and applying grease, re assembling the motor checking the air gap between stator & rotor using pillar gauge. Testing the assembled motor for insulation resistance and fixing the adopter shifting the motor from work spot to pump house on respective base, commissioning and testing for on load trail run test, observing the equality in three phase current and Motor vibration levels, coupling the motor to respective pump and alignment of the pump set, load trail run test and observing the current in the three phases, vibration levels, bearing conditions and supply and providing air filters, etc., complete including transportation, loading, unloading, handling, transit risk, insurance charges, taxes etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers(1 No X 1 Job=1 Job)
