Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Hoisting and keeping of 1200 mm dia M.S.Barrels of 6.0 m length of 1 nos and inserting in side the the 1200 mm dia PSC Pipe & loweing laying of 2 Nos M.S Pipe Barrels true to alignement & gradient incluidng cutting of man hole portion for one pipe for faciliting to men & Materials inside the pipe and jointing together and welding in 3 Run arc welding from inside & out side duly rotating the M.S Barrels inside the 1200 mm dia PSC pipe with the help of Crane and experienced welders and helpers and closing the man hole portion after complition of welding jointing work from inside the pipe line and closing the M.S.Man hole by providing the required stiffners etc, including cost and conveyance of ISI mark Electrodes, including all incidental & operational charges duly taking all precautionary measures to work inside the pipe line complete as directed by the Dept officers.. (For Shut down purpose)

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Removing of existing damaged 1200mm dia PSC Pipe of 6.0 m length duly breaking with Hammers Chissels and cutting the H.T.Wires with the help of Gas cutting equipment without damaging the the adjacent PSC Pipe and lifting up to road level carefully and dumping at suitable place including cost of Skilled labour and all leads and lifts including hire charges of Gas cutting equipment, & other cosumable materials such as Electrodes, Gas Cylinders and all incidental and operational charges etc. complete as directed by the Dept officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Engaged Truck 10t to carry men and material to site for attending heavy leakage on 1500mm dia psc pumping main including cost and conveyance of Truck to site wages for operator, helper with fuel and all other incidental and operational charges etc complete as directed by the dept officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Supply and delivery of spun yarn of best quality excluding all taxes using at site complete as directed by the dept officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Supply & Delivery of Pig lead using at site complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Supply & Delivery of Cement using at site excluding all taxes complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Engaged diesel generator set 50 KVA for attending heavy leakage on 1200mm dia psc pumping main including cost and conveyance of machinery to site wages for operator, helper with fuel and all other incidental and operational charges etc complete as directed by the dept officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Hiring charges of Shovel 0.85 Cum 110 Hp for excavation of pipe line trench/leakage pits and refilling works on MWSS/GWSS Pumping main including cost and conveyance of machinery to site wages for operator, helper with fuel and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete directed by the as departmental officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Hiring charges of Shovel 0.5 Cum 75 Hp for excavation of pipe line trench/ leakage pits and refilling works on MWSS Pumping main including cost and conveyance of machinery to site wages for operator, helper with fuel and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manning and Operation and Maintenance for arresting of heavy leakages with requisite materials;Manufacture, supply and delivery of MS Pipe barrels of 1200mm dia each 3.00 mtr length made with 10 mm thick MS Plate confirming to IS 3589/2001 including cost of all materials, manufacturing charges, painting with 2 coats of apoxy paint over a primer coat of redoxide including labour charges, transportation up to dept stores but excluding GST and all taxes applicable etc as directed by dept officers
