Manufacturing, Supply and delivery of Suitable High – tension Nut and Bolts of size up to 40 mm and length 185 mm with Double washers as per requirement of department at Phase - III Pumping stations Godakondla, Nasarlapally and Kodandapur including the cost of material and transportation as directed by the departmental officials.

Supply and delivery of Champion make 5mm thick Steel Rubber mesh packing to suit 600/700mm dia flanges at Phase - III Pumping stations Godakondla, Nasarlapally and Kodandapur, including cost of material and transportation etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling by Breaking the exsting supporting RCC pedestals for replacement of valves by using the air commpressor of 8.5 CMM (Diesel) Including hire charges,fuel charges and crew charges etc., at Phase - III Pumping stations Godakondla, Nasarlapally and Kodandapur, complete as directed by Departmental Officials.

Hoisting, lowering, keeping in position, laying true to alignment and gradient 600/700 mm dia MS Tail piece and 600/700mm dia BF valves/NRVs by perfect linking, jointing, setting by field gas cutting and field jacks, jointing the pipe line both ends and central gap portion with coller by field gas cutting and 3 lines arc welding with all leads, lifts, de- lifts , service and labour charges including hire charges of gas cutting set, power generator and welding transformers and all other consumables such as electrodes, etc. and all other incidental and operational charges etc. completing the job excluding cost of specials and valves with in the stipulated time to restore water supply, at Phase - III Pumping stations Godakondla, Nasarlapally and Kodandapur, as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of RCC pedestals by using RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges and taxes on all materials, including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work for providing supports to the 600mm dia NRVs and 700mm dia BF valves in place of dismantled at Phase - III Pumping stations Godakondla, Nasarlapally and Kodandapur, complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985) of 8mm to 40mm diameters, cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks, chairs, overlaps, spacers, dowels, wastage etc., and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and excluding taxes,on cost of all materials complete for finished item of work in all floors, for providing supports to the 600mm dia NRVs and 700mm dia BF valves in place of dismantled at Phase - III Pumping stations Godakondla, Nasarlapally and Kodandapur, complete as directed by the departmental officers.
