Earthwork excavation for structures in all types of soil as per drawing and technical specifications including setting out, construction of soring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical specification 305 MORD/304 MORTH. for sumps, thrust blocks, chambers and man holes etc. by manual means.

Excavation in hard rocky soils by Machine require blasting with controlled blasting such as hard rock, sheet rock and boulders in habitant areas where conventional blasting can not be done including cost of blasting materilas, with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including portecting walls and other structures, existing water supply lines, sewers, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc., wherever it is possible, so as not to disturb the existing utility services etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas diversion of the traffic, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and exluding traffic, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and excluding backfilling for GLSR/pipeline trenches for laying sewer/water supply lines including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete. upto 3m depth including 1.5m depth in hard rock

Barricading, hoarding, lighting and watching etc.for water supply and sewerage works trenches including cost of material labour etc. complete as directed by the deptl. Officers.

Lowering and laying in readymade trench true to alignment and gadient, jointing and testingn of stone ware pipes including cost of jointing material such as cement mortar (1:1) proportion and hem yarn but excluding cost and conveyance of pipe (reference to specifications BIS No.6530/72) 200mm dia

Construction of 0.90 mtrs internol diameter sewer manhole minimum depth 1.00 mtrs with cement bricks in CM 1:4 prop. With CC bed 1:4 prop with CC bed 1:3:6 prop. Benching and channel finished with cc 1:2:4 prop. Internal plastering 20mm thick in and external plastering 12mm thick using CM 1:3 prop.

Construction of 0.90 mtrs internol diameter sewer manhole for additional depth of 0.10 M with cement bricks in CM 1:4 prop. Internal plastering 20mm think in and external plastering 12mm thick using CM 1:3 prop.

Collection supply and filling with gravel in trenches, sides of foundations & basement whereever necessary and the pipeline trenches after laid, jointed, executed, tested with inital lead in layers not excdding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering consolidating each layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of gravel water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&), complete for finished item of work (APSS No.309 & 310).

Collection supply and filling with HBG Stone chips 2.36mm and below in trenches of foundations & basement and the pipeline treches with initial lead in layors not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering consolidating each layer by watering and ramming including cost of collection of sand and other required materials conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P, complete for finished item of work (APSS No.309 & 310).

Redoing domestic sewer line connection including EWE in all available soils and including supply delivery of 101.6mm dia SWG pipes and including lowering laying and jointing in CM (1.5:1) prop. etc. complete upto 5' depth and refilling watering and tampering.

Redoing of 1/2 " PPC connections for domestic water supply connection including earth work excavation, cost of pipes, refilling etc. complete.

Refilling with useful available excavated earth / soils in trenches, sides of foundatioins & basement and th pipeline trenches after laid, jointed, executed, tested with lead in layors not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposted layer by watering consolidating each layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operationial, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P)., complete for finished item of work (APSS No.309 & 310)

Carting surplus excavated earth/rock from the site to a distance of about 10/8/5 kms including loading, unloading, coveyance and dumping, labour charges, all leads and lifts, all other incidental and operational charges etc. complete.

Plain cement concrete PCC M20 Nominal mix, using 20mm guage hard granite mahine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials coarse and fine agregate ((as per GO Ms No. 37 industries and commerce (mines-I) dept, dated 29.05.2018, the government have directed all the Engineering works departmental to use Manufactured sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 in all the mises of cement concrete and in the items of works) to site, centering, machine mixing, lifts and delifts, leads, laying in position, compacting, curing, all labour charges etc., complete up to plinth level.
