Refurbishment upgradation of existing old system including supply delivery erection testing and;Dismantling, removing the existing 8nos of HT panels from existing platform to the out side of the pumphouse and shifting to the stores of the division office including hiring of crane, trasportation vehicle, labour charges and civil works like, damages of walls during removing the Panels from existing platform to outside of the pumphouse etc, complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refurbishment upgradation of existing old system including supply delivery erection testing and;Manufacture, Supply and delivery of 500mm dia, PN 16 rated, DI, D/F Butterfly Valves with GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as perI.S.3896-part 2-1985 and subsequent revisions, Double eccentrically Disc., with renewable soft seal on the disc and Body seat face of stainless steel / nickel weld overlay, with powder or liquid Epoxy coating with minimum thickness of 250 microns applied on both body and disc inside and outside. Face to face dimensions as per AWWA C 504 or BS 5155 or IS:13095. Drilled as per requirement of departmetal officers at Peddapur, Phase-III Pumping station.

All the inside and outside of the body is to be coated with double coating of epoxy liquid. Drilled as per requirement of dept.. Specification and Dimensions as per I.S 5312 or equivalent codes.

Refurbishment upgradation of existing old system including supply delivery erection testing and;Overauling, Repairing and reconditioning of the existing 10Tonne, EOT crane, including replacing the spares, like long travel wheel shafts with suitable bearings, hiring of crane, welding charges, labour charges and civil works like, damages of walls, Supporting pedestals, during removing the cross travel girder shifting top ceiling to floor level etc, complete at Patancheru, phase-II, Pumping station and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refurbishment upgradation of existing old system including supply delivery erection testing and;General Servicing along with standard maintenance schedules to 6.6KV, 850KW, CG Make motor duly dismantling, loading, transportation, unloading at service centre, duly Rotor removed from the stator and after obseravtion of the insulation cleaning the both stator& rotor and applying required insulation and keeping in the oven with 75deg.C with hourly monitoring for 18 to 24 hours, up to IR values obtained to 200M ohms for Phase to Phase and Phase to body, if necessary removing the existing failure driving end Non driving end bearings and connected accessories also rotor balancing including cost and conveyance of all materials ( if Bearings may be replaced and in case bearings supplied by HMWSSB) at Peddapur Pumping station, Phase-IV and as directed by the departmental official.

Refurbishment upgradation of existing old system including supply delivery erection testing and;Supply, delivery and Transportation of suitable SS431 shaft and to suit the existing Pump set of model M&P make, for 3.3KV, 503KW, discharge of 1882 Cum/hour, Horizontal Centrifugal Pumpset including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete (sample as per existing pump set at Patancheru-I, pumping station) and as directed by the departmental officials.
