Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Refilling with usefull available excavated earth / soils in trenches ,sides of foundations & basement and the pipeline trenches after laid, jointed, executed, tested with intial lead in layors not exceeding 15 cm thick , consolidating each deposited layer by watering consolidting each layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyonce of water to work site and all operational ,incidental,labour charges,hire charges of T&P .,complete for finished item of work as directed by the HMWSSB Engineers.

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Collection supply and filling with Gravel in trenches ,sides of foundations & basement wherever necessary and the pipeline trenches after laid, jointed, executed, tested with intial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick , consolidating each deposited layer by watering consolidting each layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyonce of gravel water to work site and all operational ,incidental,labour charges,hire charges of T&P .,complete for finished item of work etc., complete as directed by the dept officers.( for 1200mm diaat Ch.No.138 , for 800mm dia at Ch.No.138 ,for 1200mm diaat Ch.No.149 Road Crossing , for 1200mm dia at Ch.No.165 at Gachi Bowli ORR & for 800mm dia at Ch.No.165 at Gachibowli ORR).

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1985) of different diameters, cutting, bending, to required sizes and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approved sources to site of work, including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., and sales & other taxes,on cost of all materials complete for finished item of work (APSS No.126) and as directed by departmental officers.

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work,including centering, shuttering. ( For Thrust blocks to 1200mm dia , For Thrust blocks to 800mm dia, Deduct 1200mm dia Pipe portion , Deduct 800mm dia Pipe portion)

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Making junction work of 800mm Internal dia M.S.inlined and out coated Pipe and 950mm dia Plain Socket on end in ready made trenches true to alignment and gradient by using Crane and keeping them in position carefully true to alignment and gradient and fixing in perfect Lining by using Jacks, inserting the Plain Socket over R.C.C.Pipe and welding in 3Run Arc Welding with ISO Electrodes from inside and out side by using Gas cutting equipment and using Hammers, Chissel,without causing any damages to the existing pipe line system including Hire charges of Crane ,50 KVA field Generator for Field welding,Dewatering, and lighting purpose including cost of fuel, operator charges, transportation charges from yard to work site ,all incidental and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the H.M.W.S.S.B. Engineers. (at Ch.No.138 , at Ch.No.165 ).

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Making junction work of 1200mm Internal dia M.S.inlined and out coated Pipe and suitable Machine End in ready made trenches true to alignment and gradient by using Crane and keeping them in position carefully true to alignment and gradient and fixing in perfect Lining by using Jacks,Jointing the Machine End with P.S.C.Pipe and welding in 3Run Arc Welding with ISO Electrodes from inside and out side duly cutting 0.60x0.60m size manhole to fecilitate the men and materials inside the pipe for internal welding and Rubber Jointing etc, by using Gas cutting equipment, Hammers, Chissel, without causing any damages to the existing pipe line system and closing the manhole after complition the work by providing suitable stiffners to man hole portion including Hire charges of Crane ,50 KVA field Generator for Field welding and lighting purpose wages for Welders, Fitters, Labour and all incidental and operational charges etc., complete. as directed by the H.M.W.S.S.B. Engineers

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Cutting , Removing of old 800mm dia R.C.C. Pipe of 2.50rmt length from the trench duly breaking the Collers with Chissels and Nuckles and lifting the R.C.C.Pipe from trench with the help of Crane with out causing any damage to the adjacent infrastructure and dumping at a convininet place etc, includingne hire charges of Crane, Wages for skilled and unskilled workers, Gass Cutters, all incidental and operational charges etc. complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.S.B.Enginees. ( at ch. No. 138 , at Ch. No. 165).

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Cutting , Removing of old 1200mm dia P.S.C. Pipe of 5.00rmt length from the trench duly breaking the Socket with Hammers, Chissels and Nuckles and lifting the P.S.C.Pipe from trench with the help of Crane with out causing any damage to the adjacent infrastructure and dumping at a convininet place etc, including hire charges of Crane, Wages for skilled and unskilled workers, Gass Cutters, all incidental and operational charges etc. complete as directed by the H.M.W.S.S.B. Enginees.(at Ch.No.138 near Pattan cheru ORR , at Ch.No.149 Road Crossing , at Ch.No.165 near Gachi Bowli cheru ORR )

Engineers. (b) To suit 800mm dia Pipe, at Ch.No.138 & 165).

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Cost of Laying, Jointing, Hydrostatic Filed Test Pressure, Including Cost of Site Welding, Jointing Materials And Cost of Transportation of Water Including Emptying Pipe Line After Completion Of Field Testing. etc, complete as directed by the dept officers.(b 800x10mm Pipe).

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Cost of Laying, Jointing, Hydrostatic Filed Test Pressure, Including Cost of Site Welding, Jointing Materials And Cost of Transportation of Water Including Emptying Pipe Line After Completion Of Field Testing. etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.(a)1200x10mm Pipe).

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Manufacture, supply and delivery of M.S Pipes conforming to IS 3589/2001 including in lining with cement mortar (1:2) 15mm thick using 4 numbers of 6mm dia M.S.Rings at each end of the pipe and out coating with cement mortar (1:3) 30mm thick by shortcreting or gunetting duly providing wire mesh of size 50x50x3mm including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to anywhere in T.G, but excluding all taxes. etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.(b)800x10mm dia Pipe, at Ch.No.138 near Pattan cheru ORR , at Ch.No.165 near Gachi Bowli cheru ORR).

Shifting/Replacement of existing 1200mm dia PSC pipe and 800mm dia RCC line (6MGD line) with M.S in;Earthwork excavation and depositing on the bank in all types of soils like black cotton soil, red earth, and ordinary gravel, hard gravelly soils, mixture of gravel, soft disintegrated rock,hard disintegrated rock,Conglomerated rock , stoney earth and earth mixed with fair size boulders except rock requiring blasting with different lifts as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers, including protecting the walls and other structures , existing water supply lines, sewers, power cables, telephone cables/ducts, storm water drains, traffic signals etc., wherever it is possible so as not to distrub the existing utility services etc., taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas such as urban areas including diversion of the traffic,removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and excluding backfilling for pipeline trenches for laying sewer/ Water supply lines including all incidental and operational charges etc, complete as directed by the dept officers.
