BOQ;Providing Polyurethene (PU) painting to ornamental cast iron railing by SHOT blasting process and properly cleaned and subsequently grinded for a better look and smooth surface finish. further all parts are painted in 4 layered spray coating with an over all thickness 120 microns in which first layer with epoxy primer to prevent corrossion and the second layer with epoxy base colour and the third layer with metallic polyurethene (PU) paint (Gold / green / copper / silver/black) and the final layer with Polyurethen lacquer as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge, including all operational, incidental, labour charges, scaffolding charges, safety nets, safety belts, cost and coonveyance of material etc including contractor's profit and overhead charges and complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

BOQ;Providing and fixing ornamental cast iron grills for railing including cutting and fabricating to required sizes and shapes placing in position as per approved designs and drawings. The decorative parts made of cast iron castings must be of FG-150 grade as per IS-210 (2009) standard, hardness must be in range between 130 BHN to 180 BHN. Cast iron must have chemical composition of carbon 3.0% to 3.8%, Silicon1.5% to 2.0%, Magnesiu 0.5% to 0.7%, Sulpher 0.02% to 0.04% & Phosperous 0.07% to 0.09% this composition is best suitable for product strength and life. the decorative ornamental C.I decorative pillars should structurally strong to take full structural load. In proess of pillar casting there should be 3 core holes of round 50 mm on equal intersection of the decorative pillar. The center most core holes should be packed with cast iron decorative embellishement / covers for better look. The decorative pillars in round shape with decorative cronies designs & above it is having antique embellishments. It will be fixed with suitable foundation bolts in existing RCC foundation Railing: including cost and conveyance of all cast iron sections and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings etc and all operational, incidental charges including labour charges for fabricating all heavy cast iron works including cost of welding rods, power charges etc and labour charges for fixing and erecting and fixing in position by using chain pulley blocks, Derek pole aggangements and cranes etc including overheads and contractor's profit complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

BOQ;Painting with 2 coats of ready mixed synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade - I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50grams/Lit. over primer coat of first quality of approved make for new iron work including cost and coneyance of all materials like paint brushes etc. to site including all labour charges for preprationof surface painting etc complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer in charge.
