Civil work;Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar (1:6) prop (Cement:sand) using Bricks second class or ground moulded (Non-Modular or traditional size) 23 x 11 x 7 cm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site,cost of all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 504. for:-Brick Masonry in CM 1:6 (Country)

Civil work;Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 20mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, Excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Civil work;Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE BOTHSIDE PRELAM SOLID PANEL PVC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of frame made out of MS. Tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 19mmX19mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. MS. Frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. MS. Frame covered with 5mm thick heat mouldedPrelam Pac ?C? channel of size 30mm thickness, 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat and20mm shall be tapered in 450 angle on either side forming stiles; and 5mm thick, 95mm wide Prelam Pac sheet out of which 75mm shall beflat and 20mm shall be tapered in 450 on the inner side to form top and bottom rail 115mm wide Prelam Pac sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rail shall be provided either side of the panel. 10mm (5mmX2) thick, 20mmwide cross Pac sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top and bottomrail. Panelling of 5mm thick both side Prelam Pac sheet to be fitted in the MS. Frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with 7mm(5mm+2mm) thick X 15mm wide Pac sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. an additional 5mm thick Pac strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ?C? channel using Pac solvent cement adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer ? in-charge, manufacture specification and drawing TBSC-L.III-02

Civil work;Proving Mild Steel chequered plate, cutting and fabricating to required sizes and shapes, placing in position as per approved designs and drawings to be supplied at the time of execution of work, including cost and conveyance of all Mild steel chequered plate and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welded joints, etc., and all operational, incidental, Labour charges for fabricating steel works like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, iron Doors, Windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, including cost of Labour charges for fixing iron Doors, iron Windows and Window Grills in position etc. complete for finished item of work

Civil work;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD/Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars ( Fe 500 grade as per IS: 1786:1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-slicing with binding wire of 18 SWG forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including c/c of steel bars including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs spacer bars includig c/c of binding wire , cover blcoks and all incidental, operatioal, labour charges such as cutting, bending placing in position tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for firnished item of work (APSS No.126)

Civil work;RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.
