Construction;Constructing 904.0 mm (3?0?) dia brick masonry inspection chamber as per IS - 4111: Part-1:1986 with cement mortar (1:6) prop using 2nd Class Clay Bricks of 225 mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sq.mm including plastering with cement mortar 1:3 prop; ½? thick both inside and outside fitted with 20? dia RCC manhole covers and frames including excavating pits up to a depth of 1524 mm (5'-0") in all sorts of soils (excluding rock) and laying cement concrete (1:4:8) 150 mm thick using 40 mm HBG Metal and P.C.C. 1:2:4 benching and channel 100 mm thick as per Standard specification and including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost of seigniorage charges on all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard specification.

Construction;Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 152.4 mm SWG SP-1 pipes of ISI make conforming to ISI 651 & 4127 with airtight cement joints in CM 1.5:1 prop. including excavation of trenches and socket pits in any soil (except rock requiring blasting) up to 1524 mm(5'0") depth and refilling with watering and tamping.

Construction;Manufacturing supply of MS Fabricated portable cabin of size 12' x 15' with provision of kitecen & bathroom including internal wall panneling sanitary & pluming fittings electrification works etc as per drawing including transportation to site hire charges etc complete for finished item of work as directions of Engineer-in-charge

Construction;Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 20mm size nominal aggregate machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402) for:-Hand Mix-PCC (1:2:4) NOMINAL MIX

Construction;Random Rubble stone masonry in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Screened sand) using hard Granite stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), water, stones etc., to site, labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, construction, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete for finished item of work in foundation and basement. (APSS No. 601 & 615).

Construction;Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for laying concrete under foundations and under flooring bed, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402): HAND MIXING

Construction;Earth work excavation for Trenches/BUILDING foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. and overheads and contractor profit complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges as per SS 20B (APSS 308) in Ordinary Soil-Mannual Means.
