The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least some projects with a contract value of not less than a certain amount for each contract of providing manpower services to Central/State Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies in the last few financial years. The bidder should also have experience of having provided Security Personals of more than 150 members in the last 3 consecutive years in three Government Departments. The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be 150 Lakh. The bidder must have 3 years of past experience in providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. For the Security Supervisor position, the years of experience required is 3 – 6 years.
