STRUCTURAL REPAIRS TO THE CEILING; below 1). Chipping of loose particles until to achieve sound substrate of concrete. 2). Cleaning of the Surface from dirt, dust and other contaminations. 3). Cleaning of reinforcement bars till free of rust using sand paper and wire brushes 5). Application of one coat of long lasting anticorrosive preventive coating with L- ROOFGUARD AC/ZORIGUARD AC/ POWER n GUARD AC (Armstrong/PMCC/EBT) to the exposed reinforcement bars. 6). Application of one coat of high performance specially designed SBR latex based bonding agent-ROOFBOND SBR/ZORIBOND SBR/POWER n BOND SBR (Armstrong/ PMCC/EBT) mixing with cement as per manufacturers specifications. 7). After the bond coat application, Providing and laying of polymer pre-packed concrete with - ROOFCORETE AR Systems /ZORICRETE CMG/POWER n GUARD AR (Armstrong/PMCC/EBT) adding with 10mm down graded metal at an average thickness of 30mm with neat finish. 8). Providing and laying of cement mortar plastering with - Acrylic polymer modified reinstatement mortar with - ROOFCORETE AR Systems/ZORICRETE CMG/POWER n GUARD AR (Armstrong /PMCC/EBT) at an average thickness of 20mm and above with neat finish. 9). Applying one coat of concrete curing agent with- ROOFEXCURE WB / ZORICURE WB/POWER n CURE WB (Armstrong /PMCC/EBT). Terms and Conditions a) The above rates are inclusive of Materials, Machinery, Cement,Sand,Chemicals and Labour Charges etc.,

(II). GROUTING WITH SPECIALISED GROUT ADDITIVES TO THE TERRACE/CEILING: [a]. Drilling of holes with power drilling machine to the required width and depth [12mm to 14mm dia holes] [b]. Fixing of Rubber Nozzles with cement and quick setting, Rapid hardening compound putty - RAPIDSTRONG QS/ZORIRAPIDR/ POWER n QK Set (Armstrong/ PMCC/EBT). c]. Grouting of holes with 140 PSI Grout pump with cement slurry mixing with Specialized Free flow, Non-shrink Grout additive-RAPIDSTRONG GROUT ADMIX /ZORIGROUT GP1/ POWER'n' GROUT ADMIX (Armstrong/PMCC/EBT) @250 Grams per bag of 50 Kgs Cement add required water to make slurry form. [d]. After completion of grouting, Remove the Rubber nozzles [e]. Later sealing of the hole with polymer cement putty-ROOFCRETE AR/ ZORICRETE CMG/POWER n GROUT AR (Armstrong/PMCC/EBT) + Cement.

Brick Masonry in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: using second class bricks from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work.
