Proposed work TensilFabric shading structure shed at uphills Phase 2;ITEM: 2 Steel structure Supply & Erection of pre-engineered / prefabricated steel structure of circular or rectangular hollow sections of IS 1239, YST240 grade with all steel members cold bent on rolling machines, fabricated with MIG welded joints using inline jointing system for pipes with nut and bolts and steel structure painted with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of enamel paint with total paint thickness of 100 +/- 10% microns. Steel erection to be done conforming to all safety standards at site with proper scaffold & crane arrangements as per approved drawings.

Proposed work TensilFabric shading structure shed at uphills Phase 2;ITEM: 1 The tensioned fabric structure to be analysed with specialized engineering software IXCUBE engineering software. Fabric and steel analysis to be done for different wind load conditions as specified by IS875 and IS800 conditions and making complete steel fabrication drawings. as per different loads the fabric stresses to be analysed with FE analysis and fabric selection to be arrived. Design of connection joints, end plates & cables connecting the fabric and steel structure. The total design analysis to be proof checked and approved from reputed university JNTU, HYDERABAD/ OSMANIA UNIVERSITY, HYDERBAD/NIT, WARANAGAL. The design to be approved by concerned authority of the department before execution.
