Construction of Steps to Laddu Section at Uphills;Plain Cement concrete (M 20) Nominal Mix using 20mm graded metal using concrete mixer - using 20mm HG metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as, machine mixing, laying concrete , curing, including contractor's profit and over head charges etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges & taxes like GST etc. (APSS 402)

Construction of Steps to Laddu Section at Uphills;Providing HYSD / TMT steel bars (Fe 500 / Fe550 Grade as per IS 1786 to 1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in positions with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapse splicings with binding wire of 18 guage forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as over lapse, coupling, chairs, spacer bars, including cost and conveyance of binding wires, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding taxes like GST on all materials etc., complete foer finished item of work in all floors (APDSS No.126). For bars < 36mm dia for reinforcement (APDSS No.126)

Construction of Steps to Laddu Section at Uphills;Plastering with 20mm thick double coat in CM (1:6) 16 mm thick base coat and CM (1:4) of 4mm thick top coat with dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges, over heads & contractor profit, all operational, incidental such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves,finishing, curing, but excluding seigniorage charges and taxes like GST etc., complete for for finished item of work. (APSS 901 & 904) for uneven surface / outer Walls.

Construction of Steps to Laddu Section at Uphills;Providing tensile membrance structure for roof top canopy , including designs and manforcturing of tensile structure roofing supply of membrance /primary and secundary steel hardware and accessories, side work including fabrication of steel structure, finishing painting , instalation and tensioning of memberance roof and fine turing.
