Plastering to brick masonry wall with 20mm thick single coat in CM (1:5) with dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, all operational, incidental such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves,finishing, curing, over heads & contractor profit, but excluding seignorage charges and taxes like GST, etc., complete for for finished item of work. (APSS 901 & 903 ) for uneven surface / outer Walls.

Ornamental Brick Work with 2nd class bricks in CM(1:5) (using brick bats and Madrass terrace Bricks) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lift charges etc.,complete but excluding seigniorage charges and taxes like GST etc..

Supply and fixing of Medium Teak wood Flush Doors usingscantlings for from 2 1/2" X 5" and shutter WPC 28 to 30mm thick within all accwssories fittings including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete without Kadapa.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic / acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. or Equivalent and shade over Priming Coat with Cement Primer Waterbase exterior Gr- 2 (making three coats) on New Plastered Surfaceafter thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges but excluding taxes like GST etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls

Providing Pancha colour paint two coats over primary coat to vigrahams or temples with best synthetic enamel paint (Apco light, Asian/Barzer make) as per approved matching colour including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and brushes etc., complete. Acrylic Emulsion paint weather proof water based, modified Acrylic with cilicon additives Exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30grams/Litres [Sl.No. 252, P.No. 50]

Painting to New Iron work with two coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint first quality all shades over red oxide primer Grade-I making three (3) coats in all to given and even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
