Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3sand : 6 stone aggregate) grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality, 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc., including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 sand : 3 stone aggregate) using 20mm and down graded stone aggregate of approved quality, cement is of 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in foundation and plinth, walls, floors, footings, pedestals etc. (Note: Minimum Cement content considered for this item should be 400Kg/Cum.) including the cost of centering, shuttering, leveling, ramming, consolidation, curing, etc., complete (excluding the cost of steel reinforcement) as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete road work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including laying cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and but excluding reinforcement,including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineeer-In-Charge Note:- minimum cement content to be used in this item is @350kg/cum).including cleaning,repairs to pot holes of the road with lean concrete,form work, ramming, levelling,curing,including provision of Expansion joints of 12mm width x 40mm depth@ every 6 meter length,one longitudinal joint in center of the pavement and contraction joints at every 4 meter of size 5mm width and 50mm deep (across every 4mtrs of size 5mm width and 50mm depth (across the full width of pavement/road), including necessary dressing, removal of debris/foreign materials,levelling inequalities,disposal of excess earth,debris /rubbish within the colony premises with all leads and lifts etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade Fe415D/ 500D of TATA/ JINDAL/ SAIL/ VIZAG or equivalent make for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Cutting of grooves on concrete /surface within 48 Hours (preferably within 6 to 18 Hours), after completion of laying of concrete, using a power driven concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw, complete and as directed. Width of grooves 3 to 4mm & depth - 1/3 rd of pavement thickness (33 to 42mm) @ spacing of 1.5 to 2.5 mtr (square panels) with all tools, tackles, machinery, manpower etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of structural steel work in builtup sections of make VIZAG/ SAIL/ TATA/ JINDAL or equivalent make (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, plates , bolts.) etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying half brick masonry with Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in super structure including curing, provision of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Brick masonry work with non modular Fly ash bricks with CM 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) using 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make conforming to IS:12894, class designation 7.5 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level including cost of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) proportion over Brick/ RR masonry/ Concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 18mm thick water proof cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1 : 5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer of 6mm thick cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 Fine sand) using approved water proof compound as per manufactures specification in both the coats and finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement with water proof compound including racking of joints, hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Liquid water proofing compound of M/s SIKA or equivalent proportion 1.50 Kg/50kg bag of cement)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings and fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints . Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying first quality Anti skid Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of (Kajaria/ johnson/ Bell/ Somany) or any approved brand & manufacturer make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown,fixing of tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set (LATICRETE® or any approved Tile Adhesive grade) (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, Jointing with matching colour pigment cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., including cutting of door botom of required height as per the site condition to make level and line etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing stone slab table rubbed, edges rounded and polished of Granite Stone of approved shade,size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth etc complete and as directed by the engineer.

Providing and fixing 15mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing floor mounted, white vitreous china single piece double traps syphonic European type water closet of Parryware make and approved model, shape, size and pattern including integrated white vitreous china cistern of capacity 10 litres with dual flushing system, all fittings and fixtures with seat cover, cistern fittings, CP brass nuts & bolts and gaskets etc., making connection with the existing sewer line including removal & handing over of old water closet to the sectional stores etc., complete in all respect as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing oval shape beveled edge mirror of size 450 x 350mm outer dimensions of parryware/ jaquar make of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass capped screws and washers, including removing of old mirror and handing over to the sectional stores etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 15mm diameter nominal bore C.P brass angular stop cock of jaquar make (model: FON-CHR-20053), with all fixtures and fittings, including removing of old stop cock and handing over to the sectional stores.etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing 5mm thickness float glass panes of SAINT-GOBAIN/ HALDYN GLASS or any other approved make of weight not less than 12.50kg/ sqm with metal slash putty/ wooden beading and clips/ nails, removing existing plywood sheet and handing over to the sectional stores etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, including providing & fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws etc., all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in charge. (Glazing/ panelling to be paid for separately) Note : Repair works shall be guaranteed for one year for smooth operation.

Removing and re-fixing of aluminium sectons for doors, windows and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections (using available Aluminium sections retrieved from dismantling), including providing & fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws including dismantling and reusing the same, handing over of the excess/serviceable material to the departmental store etc., all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in Charge. Disposal of debris such as building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials, excess earth, boulders unuseful concrete lumps, debris generated from various other works, unwanted materials including wooden and metal scraps, broken sanitary fittings/ fixtures, rejected cables, wires, rejected house holds, broken glasses pieces etc.accumulated in the surroundings of the work area, road/ footpath sides etc., including collecting, loading, transporting, unloading at dumping yard by mechanical/ manually means including levelling and dressing the spots from where debris is lifted with all labour, driver, consumables, profit etc. with all leads and lifts complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 1) Measurements will be taken as per Truck body.2) Debris which cannot be loaded by JCB, has to be collected, lifted and loaded manually.3) After removal of debris, the agency shall ensure proper leveling of surface.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of M-35 grade of 60mm thick Polymer coated coloured precast interlock concrete blocks, with approved colour, design & pattern. in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of stone dustcompacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the stone dust bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with matching cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles,cleaning the surface etc including cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra stone dust and jointing materials, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provinding and laying of 125 microns thick impermeable polythene separation membrane under cement concrete floor including the all material and labour, tools and tackles etc., complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and filling Cohession less non swelling soil (Murrum) of approved quality in foundations, plinth, under floors, pavements etc. including leveling, watering, ramming, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying WBM in two layers of 100mm (Consolidated thickness) each with specified stone aggregate of size 90mm to 45mm,(Grade- I) stone screening and blinding material including screening, sorting,spreading to template, watering and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc., complete as per specifications, drawings, and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying WBM with specified stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm,(Grade-II) stone screening and blinding material including screening, sorting,spreading to template, watering and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc., complete as per specifications, drawings, and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete as per specifications and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior coating of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints/ Excel of M/s. Nerolac/ Heatshield of M/s. O.FIXIT/ Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the plain plastered/ sand face / rough cast plaster/ RCC jalli / RCC fins at locations as required on old wall surfaces, applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), ensuring an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats, scaffolding, safety appliances insurance coverage to workers etc., at all heights all complete as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying one or more coats of Distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper of Asian/Nerolac/Berger approved make, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour of Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger or approved make and brand on old surface including surface preparation, cleaning of surface, removing old loose paint, removal of nails etc., filling of the holes/ cracks/ depressions with approved crack filler, sand papering, removal of cob webs, cleaning etc., complete including all materials, labour, transport, scaffolding as and when required and cleaning of the rooms after completion of work etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
