Disposal of debris such as building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials, excess earth, boulders unuseful concrete lumps, debris generated from various other works, unwanted materials including wooden and metal scraps, broken sanitary fittings/ fixtures, rejected cables, wires, rejected house holds, broken glasses pieces etc. accumulated in the surroundings of the various buildings, road/ footpath sides etc., in the various locations of colony including collecting, loading, transporting, unloading at dumping yard by mechanical/ manually means including levelling and dressing the spots from where debris is lifted with all labour, driver, consumables, profit etc. with all leads and lifts complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 1) Measurements will be taken as per Truck body. 2) After removal of debris, the agency shall ensure proper leveling of surface.

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate) grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality, 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc., including centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Brick masonry work with non modular Fly ash bricks with CM 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand) using 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make conforming to IS:12894, class designation 7.5 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level including cost of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
