Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of 1:2:3.5:9[1 cement,2sand,3.5 Fly ash, 9 stone aggregate] grade, using 40mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality in foundation and plinth, under floors, pavements, footings, pedestals etc. excluding centering and shuttering, spreading, leveling, ramming, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Plain cement concrete flooring of grade 1:2:4 [one cement, two sand and four aggregate] using 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate and finished with a floating coat of neat cement, laid in panels as directed to required level and slope including provisions of chequered finishing, curing etc. complete as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3[1cement, 1.5 sand, 3 stone aggregate] ( using 20mm and down graded stone aggregate of approved quality with OPC 43 grade cement of ACC / Ultratech / Birla / Jaypee in foundation and plinth, walls, floors, footings, pedestals etc. including the cost of centering, shuttering, leveling, ramming, consolidation, curing, etc., complete (but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement) as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.(CEMENT CONTET CONSIDERED FOR THIS ITEM IS 400KG/M3 )

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of SAIL/ VIZAG/ TATA/ ZINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of Pre cast reinforced cement concrete covers including the cost of reinforcement with 8mm dia HYSD bars @ 200 MM C/C, including shuttering, finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surface with 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.50mm nominal size) including transporting, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) proportion over brick/ RR masonry/ Concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound for external plaster in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Flyash brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, including curing, provision of scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying half brick masonry with Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in super structure including curing, provision of scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Random Rubble Masonry with hard stones in CM 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth, drains etc. including providing leveling course of cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) on top most layer, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size), by reusing the available stone in foundations and plinth including removing the damaged portions of RR masonry, cleaning the clinging mortar on stones, disposing the debris, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (existing stone to be used for repairs).

Demolishing Brick Masonry/concrete/RR masonry work including removing and disposing the dismantled material at designated places and stacking of serviceable materials all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing "HOE" (Excavator cum dozer) for miscellaneous works at different locations as and when required including all operational costs and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Disposal of excavated earth , concrete debris, wooden pieces, brick pieces, debris and other waste materials etc. laying at various locations of the plant, including loading , unloading and disposal of the same within the plant.complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and stacking of the following material to inside the plant boundary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Metal sash putty

4 mm thick float glass

Renewing Float glass panes with putty and nails/ Glazing clips wherever necessary at all heights with necessary scaffolding arrangements including racking out the old putty, removing & disposing of broken glass pieces, arranging safety appliances etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Chrage.

Providing and applying One or more coats of white wash on old surfaces of walls, ceilings etc. including preparation of surface, necessary repairs to scratches, filling up the cracks/holes with approved filling material scaffolding, cost of gum and blue, cleaning etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying One or more coats of acrylic washable distemper of approved quality and shade on old surfaces of walls, ceilings etc. including surface preparation, filling up of the holes and cracks with approved filling materials, scaffolding, cleaning arranging safety appliances insurance coverage to workers, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and applying One or more coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over old surface of wood/steel work. Including the cost of scaffolding, cleaning, preparation of surfaces, necessary repairs to scratches/cracks with putty, arranging safety appliances, Insurance coverage to workers, all Complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing CP brass bib cocks of approved quality confirming to IS standard and weighing not less than 690 gms 15mm nominal bore including all manpower, tools, tackles including removal of existing brass bib cocks and handing over to sectional stores complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete as per specifications and directed by the egnineer

Providing all tools and tackles manpower materials and fixing (exposed) G.I pipes of class B confirming to IS:1239, with ISI mark embossed of M/s.TATA make with GI fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls, painting with 2 coats of bitumastic paint to the concealed pipe and synthetic enamel paint for exposed pipe line etc complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing in position 35mm thick ISI marked flush door shutter conforming to IS 2202 non decorative type core of block board construction with of 1st class internal Teak Wood Lipping and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutter and all necessary fittings and fixtures such as, ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws, Al.aldrop-1 no, aluminum tower bolts 1 No, Al. handles 125 x 10 mm 2 Nos. of ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) of etc.including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer etc, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink,wash basin, or urinal including P.V.C. waste fittings and Flexible pipe of 32mm dia complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Assistance for Repair/ Routine maintenance of Masonary/ Carpentry/ Plumbing and other miscellaneous works on daily basis as and when required, including all tools and tackles required to complete the jobs of above nature and insurance to the workers etc., as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: 1) One helper (Unskilled) shall be deployed on duty as and when required based on Job along with tools & tackles and materials will be supplied by the department free of cost. 2). Assistance by One helper will be considered as one lot.

Repair and Maintenance of masonary works such as repairs to plastering, pointing, minor repairs like pathways, drains, masonry walls, repairing of dykes ,pedestals, chipping works etc. and keep it in good conditions , and any other similar nature of works by engaging minimum required masons including all tools and tackles required to complete the jobs of above nature with insurance to the workers etc., as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge Note: 1). One mason (Skilled) shall be deployed on duty as and when required based on Job along with tools & tackles and materials will be supplied by the department free of cost.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back wash basin of size 550 x 400mm of Parry ware/ Hindware/ Cera with pair of MS or CI brackets painted white, 15 mm CP brass pillar tap, CP brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm CP brass waste coupling with PVC waste rigid pipe concealed in the wall, 15mm PVC connecting pipe etc complete, including removal and handing over to the sectional stores of existing old wash basin and cutting and making good the walls where ever required etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing in position white vitreous china WC pan suite of approved make of Hindware/parryware or equivalent and quality with 100mm cPVC 'P' or 'S' trap, connecting the water closet with the soil pipe etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer, comprising of the following and including removal of old WC pans, Handed over to college authorities, disposal of the same to dumping yard with a lead of 1.0km etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.a) Indian Orissa type WC pan of size 580 mm x400mm front or back inlet with 100 mm dia cPVC "P" or "S" trap conforming to IS:2556.b) 10 lit. low level white PVC flushing cistern of parryware slimline or equivalent with manually controlled device, PVC flush bend pipe conforming to IS 7231; with all fitting and fixtures brackets and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved Municipal design complete including cutting and making good the walls wherever required. c) Setting WC pan in CC 1:5:10 including making necessary connection to soil pipes etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.d) Providing and fixing in position 15 mm dia PVC water inlet connections with CP brass nut on both ends and of required length.e) 15mm dia screw down heavy quality C.P.Brass stop cock conforming to I.S.781 etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Providing and fixing white vitreous china European type water closet conforming to IS 2556 (part I) suite of approved make of Hindware/parryware or equivalant and quality, with ISI marked black solid plastic seat and lid, Connecting European type water closet with the soil pipe etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer, comprising of the following and all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.a) European type water closet conforming to IS 2556 (part I) with integrated ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap including removal of old trap handing over the same to sectional stores etc. complete.b) Thermoplastic seat and cover of antibacterial type conforming to IS 2548 with C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers of antibacterial type.c) 10 litres capacity low level white PVC flushing cistern slimline of parryware or equivalent with manually controlled device conforming to IS 7231 with 38 mm dia PVC flush pipes and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved Municipal design and all fittings, fixtures and brackets.d) Providing 15 mm dia PVC water inlet connections with CP brass nut on both ends and of required length, fixing in position and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved Municipal design etc. complete as per design, direction and specifications.e) 15mm dia screw down heavy quality C.P.Brass stop cock conforming to I.S.8931f) Connecting European type water closet with the soil pipe etc.

Providing and inserting 5mm dia PVC nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (6 mm to 8mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of make fosrac/sika or other approved make( @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight cement consumed )

Providing and fixing of Multicolored flex banners covering matter in all required language , symbol, pictures, borders etc. of required size , with or without required nos eyelets as directed by EIC, having normal flex quality of minimum 250 gsm complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Note : 1) Required covering matter for the banner will be provided / suggested by the department , however final arrangements of backgrounds, languages, borders ,pictures etc. will be the responsibility of the contractor and final approval before printing of the banner shall be obtained from the EIC by submitting the image of covering matter. 2)As the banners are required for special and urgent occassions , Contractor will be intimated one day prior only , contractor has to make all necessary arrangement for providing and fixing of the banner within 24 hours after given written instructions via letter or mail , if contractor fails to submit the banner in time department will arrange for the banner at the risk and cost of the contractor and recovery of this amount will be made from the bill due to contractor apart from no payment for no work.

Preparing and Providing 10"x12" size momento photo frame made up of teak wood , paint finished having wall mounted as well as table top stand arrangements , face materials of float glass & back pannel of MDF including making all necessary arrangements for fixing of photo in to the frame etc. complete as per the specification and as directed by EIC. Note: 1) Photo required for fixing in to the frame will be provided by department at free of cast. However contractor has to make all necessary arrangement for fixing of photo inside the frame. 2) Sample shall be approved prior before submitting frames from the EIC.

Providing and applying sealanrt of sikadur -20 crack seal Epoxy resin ( pack of 140 ml each ) for sealing of non structural cracks and cavity in concrete such as concrete decks , balconies , concrete roof structures and constructions / expansion joints of depth 6.4 to 12.5 mm etc.including surface preparation , cutting and cleaning of groove ,scaffolding wherever required all complete as per the manufacturer specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying Water proofing with SikaLatex® Power (High performance SBR based multipurpose polymer compound ) including Cleaning the surface by hard wire brush and light chiselling for making the surface free from dust, other laitance etc., including removal of old waterproofing membrane and hacking the surface as required ,Washing the surface with compressed air, including clearing all the vegetation if any, to make the surface free from any oil, greese, dust etc. with all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc. all complete as per the manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: All the debris generated during any of the operations shall be dispose to dumping yard with in a lead of 2kms. As directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
