Providing and laying Ceramic Anti-skid floor tiles of size 300x300 mm of JOHNSON/KAJARIA/SOMANY or approved make (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved colour laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,complete all as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300x300xmm/300x450mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of SOMANY/KAZARIA/JHONSON or other approved manufacturer, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing in position white vitreous china WC pan suite of approved make of Hindware/parryware or equivalent and quality with 100mm cPVC 'P' or 'S' trap, connecting the water closet with the soil pipe etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer, comprising of the following and all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.a) Indian Orissa type WC pan (integral type foot rests) of size 580 mm x400mm front or back inlet with 100 mm dia cPVC "P" or "S" trap conforming to IS:2556.b) 10 lit. low level white PVC flushing cistern of parryware slimline or equivalent with manually controlled device, PVC flush bend pipe conforming to IS 7231; with all fitting and fixtures brackets and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved Municipal design complete including cutting and making good the walls wherever required. c) Setting WC pan in CC 1:5:10 including making necessary connection to soil pipes etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.d) Providing and fixing in position 15 mm dia PVC water inlet connections with CP brass nut on both ends and of required length.e) 15mm dia screw down heavy quality C.P.Brass stop cock conforming to I.S.781 etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

Providing and fixing white vitreous china European type water closet conforming to IS 2556 (part I) suite of approved make of Hindware/parryware or equivalant and quality, with ISI marked black solid plastic seat and lid, Connecting European type water closet with the soil pipe etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer, comprising of the following and all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.a) European type water closet conforming to IS 2556 (part I) with integrated ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap including removal of old trap handing over the same to sectional stores etc. complete.b) Thermoplastic seat and cover of antibacterial type conforming to IS 2548 with C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers of antibacterial type.c) 10 litres capacity low level white PVC flushing cistern slimline of parryware or equivalent with manually controlled device conforming to IS 7231 with 38 mm dia PVC flush pipes and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved Municipal design and all fittings, fixtures and brackets.d) Providing 15 mm dia PVC water inlet connections with CP brass nut on both ends and of required length, fixing in position and overflow pipe with specials and mosquito proof coupling of approved Municipal design etc. complete as per design, direction and specifications.e) 15mm dia screw down heavy quality C.P.Brass stop cock conforming to I.S.8931f) Connecting European type water closet with the soil pipe etc.

Providing and fixing good quality white vitreous china flat back single half stall urinal of 580 x 380 x 350 mm of parryware/ Hindware/ seabird/ orient/ Cera/ Rak make with 5 litre PVC automatic flushing cistern, fittings, standard size C.P.brass flush pipe, 15mm nominal bore PVC connection pipe of 45 CM long, 15mm CP brass stop cock, spreaders with unions and clamps (all in C.P.brass) with waste fitting as per IS : 2556, cPVC trap with outlet grating and other couplings (with C.P.brass) etc. including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors where ever required etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing stone slab table rubbed, edges rounded and polished of Granite Stone of approved shade, size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8cm thick fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back wash basin of size 550 x 400mm of Parry ware/ Hindware/ Cera with pair of MS or CI brackets painted white, 15 mm CP brass pillar tap, CP brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm CP brass waste coupling , 15mm PVC connecting pipe etc complete, including removal and handing over to the sectional stores of existing old wash basin and cutting and making good the walls where ever required etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers etc., all complete as per specifications and directed by the Egnineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing rectangle shape looking mirror of size 1500x450 mm of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers etc., all complete as per specifications and directed by the Egnineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing CP brass bib cocks of approved quality confirming to IS standard and weighingnot less than 450 gm 15mm nominal bore including all manpower, tools, tackles including removal of existing brass bib cocks and handing over to sectional stores complete and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated triple coat hook fixed to the door shutter or wall in the toilet room including required screws etc.complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing structural steel members of angle sections for door frames, T-iron sections for ventilator frames and factory made ISI marked steel glazed ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc., complete of standard rolled steel sections, frames fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fixing and welding of 300mm MS powder coated "T" hinges to the MS frame with door shutters using 16mm thick cement bonded board and alround "U" lipping 25 x 18 x 25mm with 0.60 mm thick pre-painted cold rolled steel sections of size 18mmx25mm made out of cold rolled steel or PVC, inclusive of standard hardware (powder coated 250 x 16mm aldrop -1no, 250 x 20 x 6mm MS Oxidized latch-1no, 125mm powder coated MS handles-2nos) and painting with two coats of exterior emulsion paint like Apex Ultima or equivalent over one coat of cement primer, applying one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint to MS frame after welding, including removal of old hinges, shutters, frame and fittings and handing over to the sectional stores etc., complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.Notes:1) The size of the Door may vary slightly from door to door as per the site condition. Exact measurements are to be taken at site before fabrication.2) Old removed dor shutter shall be handed over to the Sectional stores3) Rate shall be Inclusive of all labour material,Transport etc. complete.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze (mesh) of Stainless steel (grade 304) made out of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture (both ways) to windows, clerestory windows & doors including prviding M.S. Flat 15x3 mm, fixing wiht nuts & bolts complete including cutting to size, fixing with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of thickness as below in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. including EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge .

5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and applying One or more coats of 1st quality Acrylic distemper of approved quality, brand and shade on old surfaces of walls including applying addtional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour to walls, ceilings etc. including removal of old loose paint, surface preparation, filling up of the holes and cracks with approved filling materials, scaffolding, cleaning, arranging safety appliances, insurance coverage to workers, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing sun control film of make Garware or approved make, quality and design complete as per specifications and directed by Engineer In Charge

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202(Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 32 mm dia. Semi rigid P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) proportion over brick/ RR masonry/ Concrete walls, floors and other surfaces including providing and mixing approved water proof compound for external plaster in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer, raking of joints, hacking the concrete surfaces, scaffolding where necessary, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Fly Ash brick masonry work with non modular bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 75mm, fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, having crushing strength not less than 10N/mm2 in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) at all heights including curing, scaffolding wherever required etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying half brick masonry with Flyash lime brick masonry of class 10 designation in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in super structure including curing, provision of scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and filling of coarse river sand of approved quality in foundations, plinths, under floors, trenches, pavements etc., including levelling, watering, ramming, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1Cement: 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate) with ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1/ Jaypee cement of 43 grade using 20 mm and down gauge crushed stone aggregate of approved quality including shuttering, leveling, ramming, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providng and fixing 15 mm dia CP brass health facet with CP two way bib cock complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer

providing all tools and tackles manpower materials and fixing (concealed) G.I pipes of class B confirming to IS:1239, with ISI mark embossed of M/s.TATA make with GI fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls, painting with 2 coats of bitumastic paint to the concealed pipe and synthetic enamel paint for exposed pipe line etc complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer.
